Absolutely brilliant service. Staff are great and the food is the best I have had out of the many wetherspoons I have visited

Food was adequate. It was very busy with local worthies in for a drink. Personally I wouldn't go back here for a meal.

Been here load since moved to the kirky area. Come with the wife and also with our two children. Staff are great and place is always very clean. Toilets included. great choice of beer,good if you want to try latest ales for example. Food is always good. Lacks the usual noise from the tv or music. But that is wetherspoons "thing". Other than that,great.

Go here usually once a week,9 out of 10 times it's excellent! Staff are always friendly, food is very good and reasonably priced! Clientele have changed over the years making it a safe friendly environment to take your family!!

TRUE. Before Wetherspoons cast their usual spell on the place it was Kirkintilloch`s police station. Now it is a Devil of a good pub/restaurant.There is a very good, relaxed feel about the place with first class staff of cheery helpful disposition.I am told the old cells are still there, so wine buffs can be sure their tipple is `detained` in excellent conditions.Although I didn`t have a meal, what I saw being served looked very good, and a peek at the menu made me wish I had more time, Next time, for sure.All in all, an `arresting` experience (sorry I just couldn`t resist!).Thoroughly recommended.

Busy but nice did not have to wait long for our meal.helpfull staff.good deals.Family section,but could be better as this is a pub and not enough space away from pub clients.
