Such remarkably helpful people. We visited as a family... and needed some particular help to find good places for a family member with some movement/support issues. These people bent over backwards to help us.. and made us feel welcome to the Village...

I went in in Monday, lots of choice in there, I bought some postcards and marvelled at all the other quality products they have. Colin behind the counter was friendly and welcoming and helpful. There was plenty of info displayed in the walls too, I will sure to go back there when I am in the area again, as I want to explore this beautiful region more.

Four of us were in aberfoyle for five days and wanted to walk locally. They were very helpful and gave us the appropriate leaflets and some hints cry.

We always call in at the local tourist information, they have a wealth of knowledge from the cheapest car parks to discount tickets! The guys at Aberfoyle were really helpful and gave us loads of top tips for our 5 day break!

This is a very well organised attraction with a great deal of thought into its development. We went on some of the walking trails and they suit all ages. The red trail does have some steep bits on it but the sun shining through the trees with their autumn colours made some magical moments.

We received a pleasant surprise when we wandered into this information center. Aberfoyle being such a small town we really weren't expecting much when we entered, so we were really impressed with the amount information that they had available. They put many other centers in larger towns to shame and are definitely worth a side trip.

Thank you ever so much the whole town was extremely friendly, the butchers, rainbow sweet shop, chippy and the coop. Thank you for making our stay lovely.

We needed to get back to the Rob Roy Hotel and enquired if there were taxis. The very helpful lady suggested a bus as one was due in about 10 minutes.
