We had a great time learning about red deer and feeding them. The owl petting at the end was a bonus. The presentation was engaging and informative. Great for all ages. It has a nice shop and cafe too.

From the moment we phoned to book to the moment we were "drop(ped) at the top" we dealt with nothing but very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Our guide, Alan, was very chatty and knowledgeable which made a great experience even better. The scenery and views were fantastic and if we are ever back in the area i'm sure we will book another safari.

Interesting talk from Donald on the red deer, before you get to feed them by hand. What a treat! The little barn owl at the end topped it off.An excellent place.

We arrived here hoping to do the Red Deer feeding, but forgetting it was the Feb break for schools in Scotland we were unable to get booked in on the time slot we wanted. The lady who was booking was so lovely and very helpful, it was our fault for presuming we wouldn't have to book. We still got to see the deer even if we didn't get to feed them. The place its self is a lot smaller than I'd thought it would be, mainly based on the leaflet, but there are a few activities for children, digger park, gold panning, a maze and nice wee walk. The place was charming and the staff were really lovely - loved the kilts, nice touch! Had we been more organised we would have probably booked a highland safari - next time. Thanks for making us feel so welcome, lovely coffee shop and gift shop with well priced items and lots of pocket money things for children. We would return again but will remember to book.

The Red Deer Experience was great fun, with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide (Andy I think) who was happy to answer our questions. We had a quick bite of lunch in the cafe too, which was enjoyable. We learned a lot in an hour!

Nice environment for a bite to eat. Really tastey soup and bread. Appropriate music and good service. A good balance of Scottishness but not too gimicy.

Delighted you managed to get out on the hill at short notice. Even if the weather isn't so great we receive tremendous feedback from visitors on Safari so don't be put off if you're not lucky next time. I will pass your lovely comments to Catriona.

During our stay in Aberfeldy my husband and I took my grand-daughter to the highland safari and went on the forest safari. It lasted one and a half hours.We had a great time. The guide was excellent. He was very friendly and very informative about the wildlife and area surrounding Aberfeldy. We also did the red deer and owl experience which again my grand-daughter loved. Great learning for her. The next time we are in the area we will definitely do the mountain safari which lasts two and a half hours

Wow, what an amazing couple of days you all had! So pleased you enjoyed our new 6 wheel drive, 11-seater vehicle the Pinzgauer! It gives such a great sense of adventure as well as being superb at getting up to the high tops even in deep snow. Great that you also loved the Red Deer & Barn Owl Encounter. It's wonderful to take such fabulous memories home. We hope you will be able to do it all again one day!
