ATG who operate this and other theaters around the country are in my opinion ripping people off with the extortionate ticket prices. yes they are in some cases bringing West End show to the provinces, but in effect they are not delivering west end shows, but charging west end prices for what people perceive to be full west end productions. To highlight this in the west end shows have a full band/orchestra with many of these shows that is not the case and actors who double as musicians are used and from what I have seen this does not work.To prove the point, I recently saw Sat Night fever and the same applied. The actors/musicians were dancing around trying to play their instruments at the same time, the result was that much of the music was off key.My advice to ATG is that if you are going to advertise a west end production then that is what you should deliver or start reducing the ticket prices

A group of girls of mixed ages attended this (between 40 and 70) and we all loved it. The youngest (me!) didn't realise that so many of the songs were ones that I knew. The actors were great and the voices were brilliant, the story was acted out very well. The theatre is excellent, easy to find and park, very well laid out and organised. I have been to quite a few shows here and would definitely recommend it to others as a local alternative to the West End. Many of the shows seem to finish in the West End and then come to MK, so if you've missed them there, then visit here!

It may be smaller than a London Theatre but it has Great Shows. If you are a tall person you will find the seating very good with plenty of leg room. The staff are always helpful and its not unusual for the the perfomers to go into the Foyer and give Autographs and have their photo taken with you. The food and drinks are a bit pricey but hey' its a night out. Very close to the Theatre are plenty of Restuarants which will add to a good night.

This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for an extremely rude member of staff ( Jenny ) who spoke to me like a piece of crap, in front of my daughter and a queue of theatre goers. The duty manager, however dealt with my complaint immediately and was superb, as were all the other staff members we encountered. The production " Edward Scissorhands " was mesmerising. Tip: MK Theatre, please limit rude staff to roles where they are NOT involved with your patrons. One bad apple etc...... Definitely spoilt the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Fantastic show, recommend to everyone. Great location, lovely theatre, well laid out. Booking is online is easy. As usual for that sort of place refreshments pricey but programmes were reasonably priced. Tickets were worth every penny.

We have been to a number of shows at the Milton Keynes Theatre and can highly recommend the experience. My husband is a wheelchair user and the theatre is always more than happy to accommodate us. These seats are in very good positions. The theatre is comfortable easy to find with plenty of parking nearby. The only downside is that sometimes the sound is too loud, I have spent the occasional performance with fingers in ears!

Theatre is modern. Plenty of space around seats. Good toilet facilities. Lovley bar area. Great view even from the slips at the very back. Drinks are however predictably expensive as are most tickets in the dirt place.

Easy parking and access and some great productions come to MK. Million times easier than going to London

Milton Keynes theatre is well designed so that it is easy to see and hear productions from anywhere in the auditorium. It is, of course, much less expensive than travelling into London to see live theatre. It has some good productions and is certainly worth supporting. An added plus is its location. There are plenty of parking places and lots of pleasant places to eat nearby. I really think Milton Keynes is fortunate in having such a great theatre.

Milton Keynes Theatre is a great venue for a top class show. I have seen various shows here and all have been excellent. From musicals to comedians to pantomimes. The theatre is well situated for public and private transport with plenty of parking available. It also has a variety of pubs and restaurants right next to it to help make a complete night out.The theatre itself is modern, clean and airy. The seating is well thought out with the capacity being big enough but adequate to have a great view no matter where you are sat. I have always found the staff very polite and helpful.

We are very lucky to have such a great theatre in MK. So well designed and comfortable, very accessible for people who are elderly or less able-bodied. We get many West End shows and every production I have seen has been of world-class standard.

Fantastic show, in a brilliant venue. Third time we've seen TJB and it never fails to disappoint!! The acoustics in the MK theatre were excellent and the seats really comfy.Bar is a little pricey so look out for tbe deal - 2for1 cocktails, 2 large glasses of wine and the rest of the bottle for free!!Very lucky to have this venue in MK.
