A girls' day out - what fun!After a lovely tour of the vineyard with plenty of information to absorb - we were treated to some fabulous samples.We will definitely be back in the summer - thank you!

Really lovely tour in a beautiful setting. We learnt alot! Fab way to spend an afternoon, very tasty wine! Definitely recommend!

We were taken to Tinwood by family living in the area. What a lovely afternoon out. Sat at a very nice table outside on the decking. We were really looked after by the owners and staff and enjoyed our experience of Sussex sparkling wine. There is an oppertunity to take a tour of the vines but this time we just sat back and enjoyed the scenery and wine on a very pleasant afternoon. Looking forward to a return trip.

Booked a tasting on a Saturday afternoon - group of 13 ladies celebrating an impending marriage! We hired bikes and cycled to the vineyard using the salterns way. It was a perfect afternoon and Art (the owner) and his staff were so very helpful and friendly through booking and on the day itself (agreeing for our bikes to be onsite and picked up by the cycle hire company). Art was extremely professional yet very friendly and enjoyed telling us the story and history of the vineyard as well as the technicals of how the vines grow and how the wine was made. The tasting was very generous and the setting was beautiful, very luxurious furniture and facilities. All in all a great experience and very good value for money!

We recently visited during a wet week's holiday in the area and needed an activity to take our minds off the rain, and our bodies away from the wet tent! We had a wonderful time in Jodie's care. She is friendly, informative and has a wicked sense of humour. We both learned a lot (even my wine-loving partner who knows a fair bit already!) and enjoyed the pressure-free environment. Needless to say, the wines are magnificent. Good luck to both Jodie and Art - you deserve huge success.

We went to Tinwoood to celebrate a friends birthday - there were about 15 of us, on a very wet and miserable bank holiday monday. The afternoon was fantastic - we tasted three different wines along with great platters of food. Both Jodie and Art were fantastic hosts - passionate about what they do, and you can see they put their heart and soul into the business. Would definitely recommend visiting and hope to go back again soon!

We booked this tasting as an afternoon trip out for our car club not knowing what to expect. As a club we have travelled all over France and spent many a long weekend in the Champagne region.On arrival a Spitfire was performing rolls and dives over the vines which was nice just to stand and watch.The vineyard tour was great with lots of history and facts about how and why these vines were planted. The tasting was outside as the weather was great.We had opted for the canapés to go with the tasting as we were a large group.As each wine was presented trays of delicious nibbles were placed on the tables and Art described the wine and what you should be looking for by way of look, smell and taste.All three wines are of a very high standard and our group was split as to which ones we liked the most with several people voting twice or three times but the overall winner for us was the Blanc de Blanc.After we had tasted the wines we sat and chatted and Art and the team were circulating to answer questions, there was no pressure for us to leave and that made for a great afternoon. I must add that although Art and his team were very knowledgeable on the wine and its production etc they are not “wine snobs” and present the whole tasting in a relaxed way.Wine is a very personal thing but I think that Tinwood produce sparkling wine as good as any from France or the new world.As we left Art recommended a great place for us all to go for fish and chips.

Your knowledge and enthusiasm is inspiring.Of course the wine tasting was the best part - Delicious! We will most definitely be back to purchase your sparkling wine.We wish you continued success.

Very Nice wine tasting with delicacies!! We even had a tour in the vineyard.The place is very luxurious and nicely decorated with a terrace overlooking the vineyard.Not to Miss to have a drink and relax. Nice owners! Very enthusiasticAlso possible to buy bottles for at home

My wife arranged for us to have an afternoon wine tasting and vineyard tour at Tinwood Vineyard, Halnaker near Chichester. It was a fantastic afternoon, the vineyard and setting is beautiful, Art clearly knows his stuff about making fantastic sparkling English wine. We got to sample three different fabulous English sparkling wines - a Blanc de Blanc, Brut and Rose. Plus we had the most amazing cheeseboard with crackers and Tinwood's own honey (this was outstanding).A fantastic afternoon if you are in Chichester, or travelling there or back - make sure to pop in. It's fun, friendly and thoroughly enjoyable - great value for money too (especially as you get 3 lasses :-) ... Bought some bottles and will be enjoying them soon...

We were taken here by friends who live locally, it was very impressive not only did we get a good tour/chat about the wine growing and methods used but we also got to taste three of their beautiful wines. The setting is lovely, a nice measure of wine sampled along with the delicious cheese platter, their home produced honey is a must try and absolutely delicious over the cheese.Definitely worth a visit, you can also call round for a glass of wine and cheese plate if you live locally or are staying locally, they have a well tended vineyard!!

Popped into Tinwood for first visit this year after visiting in 2013. On arrival Jodie recognised us and her professional manner has not diminished. Sat down for a quick glass of wine before buying some more bottles but were still there 90 minutes later talking with Jodie. She is looking after bee hives as well as the vines etc and hope this year we can buy some of her honey as it went very quickly last year. We took out a bottle stopper (3.00 each) last year to friends living in France and they want two more as they are much better than those on sale in France. Jodie and Art are hoping to open a restaurant on site in the near future, if they put the same effort into this new venture as they have done with the wine tasting etc it surely must become a place to visit. Will go back again later this year to join in the grape picking / lunch / tour / more drinking !!!!

We went on the Vineyard tour. Jodie was knowledge and very friendly. The setting is lovely and the wine is fantastic. We had a great afternoon and I would recommend this to anybody coming to the Chichester area. This is the second time we have visited, and it will definitely not be long before we visit again.

We had a wonderful afternoon at Tinwood. The setting is picturesque and the wine itself really delicious. Art and Jodie are friendly and knowledgable, striking the perfect tone for our group, some of whom are experienced wine tasters (!) from France but all of whom essentially wanted to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with friends. The Tinwood story is interesting and personal and their plans for the future are exciting too. I have recommended Tinwood wines and a tasting visit to local friends and would love to go again next time we are in the area.

We have now been to Tinwood 3 times and it is always an enjoyable experience. Art and Jodie are very welcoming and knowledgeable. On all 3 occasions everyone has always left with a smile on their face. We have hired the venue for corporate events and privately. We will be going back again this summer to enjoy a glass before the Goodwood horse races!
