It's well worth a walk across Pulteney Bridge to take in the gorgeous views either side and ahead. And the walk down the steps to the river is so attractive. Really beautiful, it must be one of the most photographed bridges.

Pretty enough, but not as big as it looks on the map. Worth a stroll along though. The riverside walk, down the stairs is pleasant though.

Picture postcard Pulteney Bridge is well worth a visit, very calming with great view's of the river. There are cafe's on the bridge to enjoy a drink and bite to eat.

Worth the walk, for the views of the river and of course the architecture. Have been going here for years, to drop in at the coffee shops. Open for breakfast/lunch: light snacks. Better to visit when not crowded!

Must be one of the most photographed bridges in Britain. Can't imagine there's another one like it in the country, shops and cafes on. Like a magnet, it draws us to it every time we go to Bath.

Nice view of the river and the bridge as you walk down from the bridge. Very serene and beautiful views. Great place to take pictures.

Very beautiful to see from the riverbanks. Not as interesting on top of the bridge itself, but nonetheless a gorgeous landmark.

Although there aren't tons of shops on the bridge, there are loads of lovely Cafes. It's also a lovely view from here down the river and of the hills and greenery. We had a cup of tea in The Bridge Cafe Shop which was lovely. We weren't ready for lunch but they had loads of lovely pastries/sandwiches/cream tea etc. which looked great.Lovely to visit one of only 4 bridges with shops on!

Just another great place in bath to look at, lots of cafe's and shops knocking about and close to the Roman baths and abbey.

We walked over this bridge on several occasions during our stay. Just so lovely and especially at night. The lighting is spectacular. Don't miss this!

Lovely place to stop and look at, shame it was tipping it down from the time we arrived until we left! Its much better in lovely weather and sunshine but great photo opportunity.

We explored Bath on foot and had to cross the bridge to get the centre of the city.... lovely little independent shops ON a historic bridge.
