This establishment greets you with an awesome set of cloth panels on which hundreds of stunning and perhaps shocking photos are displayed. The coordinator was a lovely, kind and knowledgable man. Definitely hit this spot up! Free, but even it was paid admission, it would be worth it!

Why Atlanta? The docent said why not! A great and informative time. My sons learned more about that scary/horrible time in world history in a few minutes than ever before. Excellent 28 minute video and helpful docent.

This is not the kind of place you visit for thrills. This tiny museum draws the visitor into the dark side of history and the shadows of self examination. It is not fancy - primarily it's a gallery of black and white photographs of that frightening time when the world turned upside down.I really liked the recreation of Anne's diminutive room within their attic refuge. I loved the fact that the museum travels to classrooms with unique workshops to engage and inform the next generation.I do wish the photographs were categorized in a slightly more absorb-able fashion. I found myself overwhelmed with the images.I took my 12 year old granddaughter. That age is perfect - she was able to comprehend some of the enormity of the atrocity and was eager to read Anne's book.

I took a group of seniors here and we were all moved. Don't miss the movie it is very well done. Personally I enjoyed the vacation photos of the Frank Family. It was nice to see them in happier times. The docents are wonderful and I think you shoudl go. Not to mention that it is free!

I've lived near this for several years and never stopped in. I took my father because he is a history buff. I was impressed. It is not in a large venue, but they pack a lot into the space. It is very informational but not boring. If you're considering this, you should go.

It is quite touching that the little suburb of Sandy Springs is able to sustain this wonderful and thought inspiring little museum. All school children and anyone of any age from this memorial to the Holocaust.

We spent about 1 1/2 hours here. The 28 minute movie is well done & worth seeing. The photos & displays remind you once again how popular leaders can lead a nation to terrible actions. It's on the 2nd floor in a strip mall, so parking is free & easy.

Museum is free and educational! When ny son and I visited, there was an excellent docent interacting with middle school students. We sat in while the docent introduced the outstanding movie narrated by Jeremy Irons. The docent was outstanding with the young people and made this heavy period of history accessible to them.To relate the Nazi persecution of Jews, gypsies, andmthe disabled to Georgia, the museum also features an exhibit about William Scott. Mr. Scott was a soldier from Georgia during World War 2 who helped liberate the concentration camps.Closed Mondays, so I would advise calling for hours first.
