I recently moved here and needed a place to go to get my Lexus serviced. This was my first visit, and last. I brought it in for an oil and filter change and everything went well. I waited for my car to be serviced, and when I paid the bill, the service advisor showed me the invoice and told me the cabin filter was bad (failed), the air filter needed replacing (failed), and the brake fluid failed, and at the next service the transmission would need flushing. Well, I just replaced the brakes and the fluid was flushed and replaced. The air and cabin air filter were not due to be replaced until 90,000 miles. I took the advisor to my car, opened the hood and had him look at the brake fluid. Yes, it was new fluid and light yellow in color (as it should be). I also noted the air cleaner had not been inspected either. I know this because the dust under the hood where the air cleaner was, was not disturbed. The cabin air filter had not been checked either. The advisor stated, he would speak to the technician, but the damage was done. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND IS DISHONEST. Even when they were caught, they didn't fully acknowledge their mistake. I was no mistake and they knew it. So now I will go back to Phoenix to have my car serviced at a Lexus dealer. What a way to take care of a new customer. The loser here is TIM'S TOYOTA as they have lost a potential long term customer. By the way, Lexus does not recommend a transmission flush. Do they think everybody is stupid. BEWARE.

I've seen several types of events here... Sold-out Miranda, Sundogs Hockey, and most recently, The Harlem Globetrotters. The arena is nice, and the staff is great. We had an issue with our seats at one event, and they bent over backwards to make up for it, and make sure we were happy.It is great to have a venue of this size in the Prescott area. Hopefully, it will continue to bring a variety of cultural events here.

I was here for a college graduation and the facilities were very nice. The staff kept the bathrooms clean the whole time we were in the building. It was close to the college and our hotel.

Even though they were holding events at the center, the hockey team was not playing due to ongoing litigation with this venue. Otherwise the home expo was very informative and helpful if you plan on modeling your space to support local businesses who want to help you put locally made or bought goods in your space.

Tim"s Toyota Center is home to the Arizona Sundogs Hockey team. It hosts concerts, all types of home shows.

I've been to Tim's for hockey, MMA and most recently for the Professional Bull Riders event. Sure, you can pay more for close seating, but all swats are pretty good in this small stadium. Prices for food and drink are fair and parking is free. Nice place for a fun time.

Wonderful venue. Were in town for the PBR, and really enjoyed it here. Several different types of food to choose from, and drinks as well that won't cost an arm and a leg. Four stars only because some of the security were grouchy and unfriendly.

Very nice venue and nicely appointed. You will be surprised how nice TTC is for such a small town venue. TTS also host HS state championships and concerts. Nice food options and easy parking. Highly recommended.

We attend a lot of Sundogs games here. We have always enjoyed the events however I wish they would continue to to book bigger acts so that we do not lose this great facility

We have had season tickets since 2006, and have enjoyed all the ups and downs of professional Hockey!! The arena is well thought out, with very few bad seats. A great family center, with ice skating for the kids and many other attractions for the family. The food is good, and the drinks are cold, or hot, if you prefer. Come on out and support our team!!!

Great place to watch the Sundogs hockey game or a concert. Nice size arena so you have a great seat from anywhere in the house. Lots of parking. Plenty of food and drink vendors to choose from.

It's a nice big space with loads of parking very centrally located. Didn't care for their food vendor that much.

Though there are only about 4000 arena seats and another 2000 floor seats, for concerts, this is a nice arena. Sitting anywhere you won't fell like your watching a TV from the next room when you attend an event.

We have a small Tacoma truck and the folks at Tim's Toyota Center go the extra mile when we have the truck in for servicing. Two thumbs up for Tim's Toyota!

Lot's of good events and activities happening in this arena. Hockey, Concerts, and even public ice skating!
