大峡谷南缘

千万年来风雨的剥蚀，使原本平坦的土地出现了深浅不一的沟壑，裸露的石层也被雕琢得千奇百怪。斑驳的树干悠然而立，像被定格的张牙舞爪的怪兽，无数爪牙伸向天空，仿佛要采摘天空中的星云。

科罗拉多大峡谷和河南云台山对比，大峡谷像色情片，云台山像动作文艺片。同样是一天时间，那边好像刚刚开始，这边已经over了。同样是大峡谷，那边要在陡峭的山路徒步六个小时才能到谷底，这边是修好的公路，几十分钟～

辽阔的风景 让人真的很想在世界中心 呼喊爱! 坐在大峡谷 看着太阳渐渐下山 <3 附近的williams 小镇 也十分具有route 66特色! 值得顺到一去的地方

在大峡谷三侧里，南缘应该是最漂亮的，地貌非常特殊，气场很强烈，天是蔚蓝的，时而有苍鹰从头顶飞过。南缘到拉斯维加斯最远，我们这次是从拉斯维加斯开车到旗杆镇后才上来的。

南缘果然名不虚传,风景棒极了……我们是12月中旬去的,有机会开车去了所有的边缘观景点,在那些地方观赏美景,直到满意了才走……并且,当时游客很少,所以真是非常难忘的经历。

虽然大峡谷很棒,值得观赏,但游览中还是存在不少问题。建议任何腹腔有疾病的人千万别参加。开始游览前,我就问是否提供无麸质食品,且得到肯定答复。但出发前在集合地每个人就得到一份点心,接着早餐吃的是麦当劳,而我得到的就是一个装着几个苹果和一匙酸奶的小盒子。后来当我们抵达国家地理中心吃午饭时我问有没有无麸质食品,员工不搭理。然后去问主厨,他说只有米饭。最后在麦当劳又停留了一次,他们也没有无麸质食品。所以除非你想在旅游途中减肥,要不然就选择别的游览。此外此次游览比广告上宣传的长,我们是早上6:15上的车,晚上11点才回来。而且双层巴士上的人太多,这意味着每站停留时间长,因为总有人迟到。

我以前去过一次大峡谷,那时是在中午。到那里看日落以及有阴影和一直变换的色彩的清晨真的很好。从我们的住处到大峡谷南缘有班车,在通向公园的路边我们看到了许多北美黑尾鹿,包括一个大的雄鹿以及许多麋鹿。这段经验真的让人难忘。

在这里至少要准备花上一天的时间,可以坐往返巴士到处看看。公园里会比较挤。但是大峡谷的风景非常的壮观。有的游客爬到边缘的岩石上面去拍照,还是不建议这么做。

接着大峡谷游览，下飞机后有大巴车统一接，我们游览的是大峡谷南缘（South Rim)，负责开车和导游的大叔Brian非常Nice，一路都给我们讲大峡谷的各种故事，每说完一段还有个结束语——“一哈”！灰常可耐。 车上还发了一份简单午餐，其实还挺丰盛的，一个汉堡，还有薯片、饼干等小食若干外加一个苹果。 大峡谷看着很壮观但是照片拍出来就没那么强的立体感，凑合看看吧，呵呵。 导游兼司机Brian大叔，人很好，特热情，一路给我们介绍如何欣赏大峡谷，怎么才能看到不一样的风景。大峡谷来张全景的太阳高照，我们的影子投在了岩石上面

非常壮观的景色。站在崖边观看这大自然鬼斧神工的杰作，没有人可以不被这壮美的景色震撼。我们是开车去的，本来想在里面住一晚，但没有提前预订，根本就没有房间。后来到了凤凰城，听一个华人餐厅老板说，最好是要下到峡谷下面去露营，风景非常美，呵呵，只能等下次了。

What can you say about the Grand Canyon? It is incredible - so immense you can't fathom it until you see it in person. Many areas don't have rails, so the views up close are obviously not for the faint of heart! We visited the gift shop/museum first and then went for a long hike along the canyon's edge eastward. Absolutely incredible experience!

Absolutely incredible views. There are no rails so you can go wherever you want for that perfect picture - if you're brave enough! One of the best days of my life.

14 hour bus trip from Las Vegas hotel to Hoover Dam to Grand Canyon to hotel. Included 2 stops (coming & going) at po-dunk gas station with a Subway in Kingsman AZ. Hoover Dam was nice - smaller than I thought it was - just got to look at it, small gift shop with porta-potties? Government center .... invest a little $$$ & get real toilets - it's not like you don't have access to water at the Hoover Dam. More bus riding - then stopped for free lunch included with trip. Choice of either Chinese/Pizza Hut or mac & cheese at the National Geographic center. Didn't do the IMAX - bought the DVD instead - Saw a lot of interesting things - Grand Canyon was beautiful. Got to a couple lookout points - Mather Point and then Bright Angel gift shop & lookout point......which is very similar to the previous stop. Then amidst looking around - we were evacuated from the area due to a propane leak. Firemen showed up - basically pushed everyone back from the area which was fantastic response. After about 30 min, nothing was found & firemen left & we were allowed back on our buses and without further ado, left the area & headed back to Las Vegas. Tour via Greyline Tours ---- Bus driver Uncle Milty (Milton) was very informative & knowledgeable. The only bad taste was when he TOLD us he would be passing the hat and $10-$15 was acceptable for a tip.
