大峡谷铁路

我们报名的这个三日游其中2天晚上在威廉姆斯,一天晚上在大峡谷。铁路酒店非常舒适,客房很别致。舒适的大床还有给力的健身房和室内泳池。这的自助咖啡馆提供物美价廉的早餐和晚餐。火车本身很有趣。我们坐的是头等舱,和其他旅客一道感受这的美好。这的旅客都相当友善温情,他们给我们腾出了一些空间,这样我们就可以舒适地摆放我们的腿。不过还是有点点憋屈。我们在去大峡谷的路上吃了一些小吃,有起司、胡萝卜和其他一些蔬菜和脆饼干。甲板上的娱乐活动非常给力,那个歌手非常赞,似乎有点儿轻微的瘸腿。我们住在大峡谷的马斯维克旅馆还不错,就是典型的国家公园住宿。

我们在酒店住了3晚,我们坐火车报名这个3A旅途,我们从2012年9月25日到28日都在这体验。这真是我们此次旅行的一大亮点。我感觉这个体验的全程都非常让人满意,我们是一对儿50岁左右的夫妻,但是我们从未去过大峡谷,所以我们非常珍视这次机会。我们从赌城过来,大概4点左右就入住了酒店,我们住的是大峡谷铁路酒店。我们买的是套票所以得到了20元的礼物优惠券。我们吃的是自助晚餐,非常享受,这个感觉就像是一个咖啡馆里的舒适体验,我们很喜欢。我丈夫吃的很开心,我们的选择品种非常多。我丈夫是个素食者,不过他面对这丰盛的选择真是笑颜逐开。我们睡的客房也很赞,全都是大床,很豪华很舒适的配置。我们非常感动。我们从赌城计划继续前往去威廉姆斯和亚利桑那。这的电梯大概有2000英尺高到6800英尺高。这的大峡谷大概有7100英尺高。一定要注意!第二天我们吃的早餐非常丰盛,有许多品种的美食佳肴可供选择,有甜品和饮品还有各种面包麦片和水果肉类。这的景致也非常赞,有树林和一片绿荫。还有一些羊群牛群在上面呢。我们来到大峡谷大概逗留了2个半小时在欣赏美景。其实你还可以攀登大概45级台阶登顶大峡谷,在那里更是能饱览美景。这里提供一趟来回往返班车,还有一顿免费的自助午餐,我们都很满意。在回去的车上你同样能欣赏到美景,还可以拍照,我们拍了许多照片,真是太美了,感觉都可以做成一部电影了。真心赞!我们回去以后就在舒适的客房里美美睡了一觉。我们睡觉的时候还在欣赏窗外雪白的羊群和绿茵茵的草地,真是太舒适了那感觉。第二天我们就选择了另外一种方式来探索体验这种感受,我们骑单车去感受这的美景。这一路的美景又是别样的一番享受!我们真心喜欢这的户外大自然的清新舒适之感!我们这一天的早餐同样吃的很满意!不过我感觉本人最满意最难忘的早餐还是在天使食府吃的那一餐,真是一辈子都忘不掉!然后我们大概在下午3点抵达了威廉姆斯,这一路的骑行探索发现还真是曲折离奇,我们费了好大劲才终于抵达目的地!不过我真心感觉很值得!因为这一路我们收获的东西实在是太多太多!同时我们还计划着下次也许能在离开大峡谷从赌城来威廉姆斯的路上选择骑行66号历史公路,去好好体会一把青春的滋味!我们后来又找了一家当地的酒店,同样的晚餐自助加上大床和第二天的自助早餐,我们同样感觉不错。这次旅行体验很满意!

非常棒的一等座火车之旅,比坐轿子车还舒服。座位非常宽敞,而且往返大峡谷旅行时的服务都很好。

这是去大峡谷游览风景的好机会。在有限距离内运行的假期列车,给我们提供了坐上真正的蒸汽式列车的机会,冬天的极地快车也不能比它更好!

一种去大峡谷的愉快的方式。我们在经济舱,我们的列车员是安布尔罗丝,她很好。她无所不知,非常幽默。在火车上有些娱乐设施,真的不是我们喜欢的类型,但其他乘客挺享受的。

This trip, for us, was a splurge; something that we saved for and enjoyed very much. Everyone involved worked hard to help ensure that our trip was fun and relaxing. The tour of the Grand Canyon was especially enjoyable. Even though we have been to the Grand Canyon many times, we learned things that we never knew about the Canyon and the surrounding area.

I took the train on March 12 2015 to the Grand Canyon. It was a fun experience. I booked first class passage to the South Rim. Complimentary beverages and snacks going and returning. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The entertainment, though not that great, at least takes away from the boredom on the 2 hour plus ride. I would recommend it for anyone.

We loved the friendly people aboard the train, but the train robbers could have made it more authentic, and alive- it was so dead! Ha! ha! Our kids first time so it was a fun albeit long two hours!

The Grand Canyon Railway is being managed by Xanterra and it is fantastic! Went several years ago for the Polar Express experience and it was good, however since Xanterra took the helm it has changed dramatically. The accomodations have been upgraded, the attraction is clean and well run and the food is great. Everything was "A"+ highly recommend. Train to the South zRim and Motor Coach tour were the way to go, beats driving there.Go and enjoy!

seats in cheap area are like on an airplane-book if they aren't full, or you will be cramped. Entertainment is not great but staff is very friendly. Be prepared to tip.

After driving so many miles was very relaxing and quite.Good for family with kids.The entertainment can be better.

Great way to visit the Grand Canyon. Slow train journey is relaxing and fun. Entertainers on train are good. As a one off experience it was great.

We've been eyeing this train ride up to the Grand Canyon for years, then spotted some discounts. Riding in March was a good choice, since we avoided most of the usual crowds. Snow was still on the ground for most of the trip, including at the Grand Canyon. The historic cars on the Grand Canyon Railway are restored and give a great experience regardless of which "class" you choose. Just look at their web site and you'll see what amenities are offered on each "class" of car, and you can choose an "adults only" car. The ride from Williams, Ariz., up to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon takes about three hours. Depending on how you want to package your trip, you can choose to stay at the Railway's hotel in Williams (highly recommended) then get up the next morning, enjoy your included buffet breakfast, and hop on the train. Oh yes. Buffet dinner the night before is also included. AND, after spending the night at a historic lodge in the Grand Canyon, we rode the train back to Williams and stayed in the Railway hotel again....with dinner and next morning's breakfast also included. I suppose there are critics who will nitpik this and that, but life's too short to be a sourpuss about everything. These Railway folks did a great job at their hotel, on the train, on the bus tour at the Grand Canyon, on the overall reservations process and on the train ride back to Williams.

This was the most wonderful trip. We stayed at the railway hotel and did everything first class. The money was worth every penny.. All our meals were included.

The whole family will love this. Beautiful sights, on board entertainment, gun show, knowledgeable staff, and clean facilities! You gotta do this. Special thanks to our PSA Kathy with a "K"
