But you are correct, it is a German name and the proper pronunciation is Stah-Deez. We look forward to your future visits. In June we offer strawberry picking so come join us for that fun as well..

We are glad you are able to enjoy the fresh fruits and vegetables as well as the family fun we offer the community. Stade's Farm continues to expand its U-Pick options as well. We currently offer U-pick Strawberries, Raspberries, and Sugar Snap Peas. New for 2014 we will have U-pick Tomatoes, coming sometime in August. There will also be new attractions for the Shades of Autumn Pumpkin Festival this year, including a mini Ferris Wheel for the young ones. Thank you for allowing us to help build cherished memories for your family. We appreciate you and your feedback.

Thank you for your kind review. Yes, we love our sweet corn as well and do multiple plantings to help ensure the best sweet corn available through the first frost of each year. The remote stand opens upon the first harvesting of sweet corn, typically mid-July. We continue to add new attractions for kids and adults alike. Thank you for your review..and yes...the pumpkin cannon will be back again this fall (beginning Sept 6th) shooting pumpkins every hour, on the hour, 12pm-5pm, every Saturday and Sunday in Sept/Oct.
