We parked in the Prairie Center for the Arts lot and walked the path going east toward Plum Grove Rd. My kids enjoyed exploring the sculptures and running from spot to spot to see what was next. It was fun finding this exhibit hiding in the suburbs. We spent about an hour there.

Went here for a walk with the family on Father's Day. I wanted to go for a long hike but knew my kids wouldn't be interested so this was a good compromise. Sculptures were engaging enough for the kids to use their imagination on what the artist was trying to do/say...not quite sure 8 and 10 year olds had the same interpretations intended by artists but we were entertained. The pond is nice since kids always like to be near water (no wading or splashing) and ducks and swan are always neat to see. It would have been helpful to know a little more about the place once we got there...pamphlets or indicate a webpage due to the prevalence of smart phones.I would say as a local attraction, this is good place to visit. I would not drive an extended distance to see it tho. It is a great place for stretching your legs after a big lunch...like we did.

We were driving from Schaumburg to the Naperville Art Fair and had an hour or so on a Sunday morning. We found this place on Trip Advisor and thank you thank you thank you to the reviewer for giving us a best address to put into our phonePrairie Center for the Arts, which is located at 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193There were a few people walking around, dad with kids, photographers, a great blue heron and a family of swans, mom, dad and baby. I was touched by this calm beautiful meditative place, if I lived here I'd go every day. A great place to spend an hour, walk around, and take some photos.

This "museum" is really a collection of 10-15 sculptures located along a 1/3-mile walking path. The path takes you through the woods located along a creek. The walk is pleasant in nice weather, but I don't feel like any the sculptures are anything special. In fact, I think that there are better pieces of outdoor artwork on the nearby grounds of the Prairie Center for the Arts and Schaumburg Village Hall. If you are a fan of sculpture or art and are in the area, it is probably worth a stop. However, I would not recommend making any sort of drive in order to see it.Also, let me say that the address given is incorrect. Because it is along a walking path, it doesn't really have an address. However, the best parking is located at the Prairie Center for the Arts, which is located at 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193.
