I had a wonderful manicure here. Marina was lovely, as well as the receptionist. I came in on Tuesday- later in the week I chipped my nails and they fixed them on Friday for free. It is this kind of kindness that differentiates this spa from all others. It is also serene. Overall, very good experience. I would definitely come back here!

i used the gym facilities only the tread mill, then i went in the steam room very good very clean, new equipment, nice cafe.

Visited the Turnberry Spa with my wife as a relaxing weekday escape. As we walked it there's a beautiful stair case we walked up to our locker rooms. I noticed the locker room was a little dated but changed into my robe and headed to get my massage. The massage was incredible everything was done to perfection. The only thing once I returned to the locker room I wanted to take a shower but that bathroom looked so outdated it really turned me off I walked around and there was even a multi shower that had multiple shower heads and it was out of order. I have been to various spas and even at hotels that may not be at the level of the Turnberry but never have I experienced such and old bathroom. I ended up getting dressed and leaving after my massage I had purchased a treatment for my mom and dad and also my sister and I wish I would of done it somewhere else.

The therapist where very good, that made me give it a 4 star. The place is very tired. Also when you go to shower they lack some basic stuff like razors for shaving and nice other details. For what they charge this should be a lot better. If you only care for the massage, That was very good.

Today was my first time at Turnberry Isle, which is actually adjacent from Aventura mall. I visited the spa today for a couples massage and had an overall great experience. The spa is located near the main entrance of the resort. The first floor is the check-in/reception area and the second floor is where the lockers and treatment rooms are. The women's locker room was clean, quiet and had a little quaint charm to it. The showers and amenities were very clean. They have blow driers and hair irons if needed, but I'm a germ freak so I wouldn't use them- although they looked in decent condition. We arrived 2 hours prior to our appointment and were able to enjoy the spa pool. Please make sure you make it to the cascada pool instead of the Laguna pool. The laguna pool is full of families, squealing tweens and grumpy elders reserving 10 pool chairs at a time. The spa pool, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. My only complaint is that the staff seemed quite lost when asking for directions around the resort. The massage itself was amazing and our couples massage experience was wonderful. I am someone who gets massages regularly and I can say that my masseuse was really great. The massage room was nice and had a very relaxing vibe. I literally melted away on that table. I was skeptical to come to this spa because of the mixed reviews but I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in Miami- or anywhere else for that matter- who wants to get away for a little and not go to far from home. I was initially hesitant to come to this place but I'm extremely happy I did!!!

Stayed at the Turnberry so I booked a spa massage. The facilities are wonderful. My therapist recommended a steam room sit after my massage. She went in, laid out the towels and set me up in the steam room. She was all wet when she came out but was happy to do it. I like that kind of service! I apologize for not remembering her name but she was AMAZING! If I am back in the Miami area, I will most definitely visit again.

This past Saturday I went to Turnberry Isle Spa with four friends. We were asked to pay upfront before we stepped through the door. We received our massages, two of us thought the massage therapist were nice and two of us found them unpleasant. Worst of all when we asked to use the steam room we were told to give it some time because it had no steam. We waited and waited until we tired and proceeded to take showers. They have one massage chair and it is broken. We all found the staff unfriendly, and the whole experience very subpar. I would say worst Spa I ever went to....

On my recent visit to Turnberry Isle I had the pleasure of visiting the spa for a facial. I was in a hurry to catch my flight out of town to return home and the experience was relaxing. The technician took her time to explain each step she took and the areas that I can concentrate on from the comfort of my own home. Definitely a "to do" item on the agenda.

This week I had the good fortune to have a massage at the Spa at Turnberry. The spa is wonderful, clean, we'll appointed and friendly. I was greeted by my massage therapist Gisselle who ushered me into a tranquil room which was the beginning of my amazing massage. Gisselle then expertly massaged all my tension away with her expert knowledge and professional healing hands. I added reflexology to my treatment which Gisselle preformed perfectly creating the most wonderful massage experience I have ever had.Upon check out I was attended to by courteous and professional staff who were warm and friendly. Michael the spa manager was helpful and accommodating to some special requests I asked for. The experience was so wonderful I booked additional appointments for both myself and my husband. Can't wait!

My boyfriend and I went to the pool first. 2 drinks, a kids meal and burger was over $60. Very expensive pool menu. Waiters were rude. I tried being polite that didn't get me far. The spa was nice. I asked for our massages to be done in a couples room but they forgot. After I reminded them, they accommodated. My massage therapist left for the first 5 minutes to check on the lack of music and didn't make up for it. The massage itself was customized so that was nice.

My kids bought me a hot stone massage for Mothers Day. They know it is my favorite kind of massage and I was a little apprehensive because I have had them all over the world and there are only 2 that I had considered perfect.There are many different methods and places that the massage therapist can put the stones and so I know what is missing after I get done.NOT HERE!!!! IT WAS PERFECT. So perfect that I went back again and asked for Gloria again.My knots, balls of stress and pain from my high pressure job melted away under Gloria's touch.Perfection of the hot stone massage, her touch, her demeaner ...everything. I bought a package of 8 more for the rest of the year.Finally, I found inner peace and tranquility right around the corner.

Old, not a lot of amenities. Tranquility room was anything but. Bright and big with reused blankets and poor housekeeping. Treatment was good, but for the price, there is too much competition in South Florida with outstanding spas to accept this.

I had a wonderful massage, mani & pedi here. The Spa is beautiful. There is a lot of attention to detail.

I can't say the massage was horrible, but it wasn't amazing. My boyfriend and I signed up for a couples massage. I expected a little extra and didn't get it. I thought maybe some champagne, strawberries, some relaxing time alone. What we got was a massage in the room together. It would've been cheaper separately and had the same effect.
