The depot would be worth a visit just to take a look at the displays and artifacts, but our docent really made it come alive. Very engaging, knowledgeable about the history of the area, and shared many interesting stories. This is what makes good museums great! Very enjoyable visit.

Close to the Historical museum and well worth the $3 fee, lies this 1885 train station which is full of interesting artifacts from the period including a pre civil war cook car. There is also two working model railways for enthusiasts. The lady and gentleman guides were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
