Be careful if you walk to this place. The neighborhood is not good. As for boomers it seemed run down and on its last legs. Avoid.

Horrible all the way around. Nobody knew what they were doing, manager was a complete idiot. Most of the games didn't work, need service, lazer tag vests were all broken and worn out. Go carts were shut down because of rain, the manager closed the bar and kitchen an hour and a half early because he was lazy. The staff were all teenagers that didn't want to be there and all had bad attitudes towards everyone. The bumper boat guy was on his phone the whole time talking in Spanish and didn't even tell us what to do or when to stop. Overall 0 out of 100. Go to the one in boca, hopefully that one is better. Not a good experience especially when you spend $200.

The batting cages were being self operated and you had guest crossing the batting area as balls were being pitched. The bumper boats had no one operating it as well. The worst part was a the go family carts where the staff was actually riding the go carts against traffic and you have little kids getting off while go carts were running. The 2 teenage males staff were also riding on the hood of the car while bumping into each other an absolute mess. I was so concerned about there safety as well as guests safety. When I went to complain to a manager he just gave me a blank stair and did nothing.

Boomers is one of the best values in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The place has loads of attractions for a great price. For an all-day pass with unlimited activities, the cost for a Christmas holiday special was a mere $27 per person. Activities included go-karts, laser tag, miniature golf, mini-bowling, air hockey, batting cage, and a variety of video games. There were five adults in our group and we had a fabulous time from mid-morning until nearly 9:00 pm. If you want an affordable activity in Fort Lauderdale, give Boomers a try.

Grand Prix was recommended to me by the attendant at the rental car place at the airport. It took me a while to discover that Grand Prix was now Boomers. The first time we went, we did not have the proper shoes, so we were not able to take advantage of a number of the attractions. So we decided to come back later on in the week. We found out they have a special deal on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So we came back on one of the deal days (in hindsight I am thankful we did). It might have been because it was during the off peak days but they did not seem to have near enough staff to run all the attractions. The same staff member worked at the small go cart track and the big Grand Prix track. We did not wait in any lines, but we did have to wait for a staff member to come to the station. I am not from the area, but it looked like this establishment was on the decline. They have lots of attractions that are declining in quality. I hope that the new owners put some time and money into it and it could be a GREAT place to take kids in the future.

My group of 10 year olds had a great time, but I could not help but notice the old, dated and tired facility. The staff was also subpar. If you have a coupon, it's okay if you are in the area and looking for some entertainment. Appears to me that this place is on verge of being closed down and redeveloped.

It is a large arcade with games and some small rides. It is very pricy. If it is a boring day it would be ok to go. Do not do if it is going to rain most fun stuff is outside. Also there are two race tracks the bigger one is in the second parking lot behind and down the road a little from the main building. Laser Tag is lame do not waste your money, small and no place to hide. Food is not great and overpriced. The gold if Very Fun!! they have two courses. Have Fun!!

This used to be considered a cool place to hang out at when I was little, but it no longer has the same appeal. The staff are rude and have poor customer service. A few years ago my group was blocked for a few minutes at the entrance door by an out of control rude staff member looking to start trouble. Now that they have switched from the traditional tokens to game cards, the prices for the games seems to have gone up too. You can easily and quickly go through $30.00 on one video game if you keep swiping your card to continue. My group did the laser tag, but some of the people I shot with the laser gun didn't even register. I still ended up with the highest score though regardless. We did the bumper boats with the water cannons. Mine wouldn't move, making me an easy target for my friend and getting me totally soaked. We did mini-golf and go karts which were uneventful. The wooden coaster wasn't running, which is a good thing. I always questioned the wisdom of building a WOODEN roller coaster as opposed to metal. Wood more easily cracks, rots, and gets eaten away by termites making the coaster a ticking disaster waiting to happen. The group discount we supposedly got seemed more like a scam to me and not much of a value. I'm in no hurry to return in the future, and may not for another few years, if at all.

I have gone to Boomers lots of times and I loved it. But this time they did not let me go on the go carts unless I took my religious Headwear off, which is tighter than a helmet, because it is double knotted in the back! They said either I have to wear a helmet or take it off. But that is against my religion! This is just not right!

find a groupon - this place has everything for young and old kids alike. inexpensive and spacious. maybe even too much to do in one day but it is definitely worth the visit. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Took grands to Ft. Lauderdale for quick weekend before school starts. Spent entire afternoon at Boomers in Dania Beach. Truly enjoyed the rubber rafts with water cannons tremendously fun (just take a change of clothes because you will get soaked.) Mini bowling was lot's of fun as well. Kids found the Go Kart track boring she I thought that would be a favorite. Found the lines waiting to get into some activities and food concession area outrageous. Took well over an hour to get into Laser Tag. At concession stand, there was one cash register open and four people standing around doing nothing...and twenty people waiting in line! No benches inside the arcade to sit while waiting on children. Not sure I would do this agin if in the Ft Lauderdale area!

This is a nice place which has a number of different activities for families and for bringing people with kids out of town. A game room, rides, bumper cars, miniature golf and a host of other activities. The kids will be well entertained.

Boomers offers something for everyone. No other attraction in Miami offers go carts, laser tag, rides, video games, rock climbing, mini golf, batting cages, bowling and great food all under one roof. Perfect for birthday parties and groups An excellent value!

I haven't been here in years. It was summer break so I decided to take the kids for the day. We had a game card my son received for attending a birthday with unlimited rides. When I arrived it wasn't too crowded. Not even summer camps were there. The place was dark and dingy. The staff was great. They let us ride together with just one card because it was unlimited. Instead of making us use the card one at a time. Same with the mini-golf. I had no issue with the rides. The bumper boat pool was clean and all the boats worked. They gave you plenty of time to enjoy the ride before ending it.The arcade was old and run down. Some very old games that sometime worked and sometimes didn't. I would have liked to have seen some newer games. There were many of those games you earn tickets for. I don't like those at all. Not very skill worthy. The mini-golf course was in pretty good condition. There were no rips in the course and it was fairly clean. I didn't like their was a five gallon chlorine bucket on one of the holes with a big sticker that said "Corrosive." The water hazard was very dingy and dirty. For the future, I would love to see more light inside and newer games that worked all the time.

I brought a fieldtrip group of 80 kids. I was charged 21 dollars per child, and After 45 minutes it started raining. None of the kids were able to do any outside activities, which I PAID FOR. I tried talking to the group services rep to try and get a refund or a credit for another day and treated me nasty and rude while he gave me another number to call. After calling that number, they treated me EVEN WORSE and I was not helped at ALL. I don't recommend this place to anyone, this place stole my money.
