景点的位置有点偏，我们是跟着GPS自驾过来的。但是这绝对是一个原生态十足的热带丛林。里面有各种各样的野生动物，最值得看的当然是火烈鸟。。一大群红的像火的鸟，实在是太壮观了。爱好动物的人，绝对不能错过这地方！

Ctitanic

Flamingo park is a botanic park with some animal exhibitions. The aviary hold rescued animals that are kept there until their recovery. Keeping that in mind, it's a nice place. The tram ride is highly recommended. I'm not giving it a higher rate because despite their claims about being a none profit organization I feel that they could maintain the aviary in better conditions, paint is cheap. If you are looking for a place to click some good pictures that's a good place to check.

This place has a ton of history. My wife & I enjoyed the exhibits, but even more the story of the founders, touring their restored home, and learning about what they did for the area. The lady leading the tram ride was a character. Biggest Banyon tree I've ever seen. Neat place

They are both great guides and yes, you are correct, they love this area and love giving tours to the guests on their busses. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your visit. I think that you must have missed the Flamingo Cafe though, They have sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers and a lot more than just snacks. We really do not consider ourselves a tourist trap. We strive to give every guest a worthwhile and interesting day and again I am sorry if we did not live up to your expectations.
