Went to Marker 8 for dinner with my sister and her husband. My wife and I ate there when it was under other ownership some years ago and it was good. The views are beautiful and we were looking forward to the experience again. Took elevator up to 4th floor, got out and found all the doors to the restaurant locked. Back down stairs we lassoed a worker outside and she informed us the enclosed restaurant on the 4th floor was only open for Sunday brunch ($14.95). She further informed us that the Tiki bar and restaurant (restaurant is under cover but open to the elements) would normally be open but because it was cold (it WAS winter) it was not. However, she said it may be open "later". We were not interested in eating lunch with our coats on and left.
