Had a great guy Eitan pick us up at Miami airport take us to port and then a week later collect us from the port to take us to the Everglades for our hour boat ride. Eitan was brilliant and went over his way to assist us in getting things before we got to the port. He was contracted by the tour company. Well then time for the boat ride at Everglades, the trip from the port to the boat was more interesting. Arrive at the park and then have to wait as busses that got there after us got right of way. Boat ride was interesting if you were there just to see what it is like to go on the boat. After close to an hour got to see an alligator but guess what every other boat was their ,leaving or going their as it seems this was the only alligator. Probably drugged and put there for tourist who paid for this most boring hour. Then to watch the Gator boys show,as touristy as you get. Maybe I'm spoilky having been to National Parks were there is game a plentiful. We then finish Anne the owner of the tour company asks if we will give a client of his a ride back to Miami, like a good Samaritan I say yes. Well guess what we drive an hour out of our way and drop them at an hour away from our hotel and no thanks from them. Questioned the driver Eitan why were they dropped first as we having paid for the van should've been dropped off first and all he did was apologize, Even after I complaicomplained not even a call from Allan apologizing or even offering a part refund, clever him he got paid twice...

We enjoyed the tour, the big fan boat was noisy and we found about 4 gators slowly swimming around. The best part was the animal museum which showed all types of gators and turtles and birds, cats and beautiful lions and tigers. . .
