We stopped at CW Fudge Factory as part of an organized tour of Matlacha. When the tour was over, the four of us headed back there to stock up. William and Carlos, and William's mother as well, were so fun to talk to! They explained the history of the store, including how the prior owner has "supported" their efforts. Make sure you ask them about that frequent visitor who keeps an eye on things. We walked away with about 12 different types of yummy fudge after sampling some of their favorites. And we walked away with a desire to make this a regular stop.

Delicious fudge- I tried two flavors, both fantastic! Try the Mango Coconut, made with local fruit. They also sell other candies, and have a small gift shop. Definitely worth stopping!

This is a regular stop for us now. The fudge and all of the chocolates are awesome. My husband got me chocolate covered cherries for Valentine's Day. The were the freshest and most tasty I've ever had. The staff and Charles are friendly and a lot of fun. They also have gift cards and items.

I have never been a fan of fudge. I found it too sweet and the texture has always been grainy at best. This is hands down the best fudge I have ever had. Perfect consistency and a wide variety of flavors. Service goes beyond friendly. You walk in and are immediately greeted and treated like a friend!

We stopped by on our last day on Pine Island. We got delicious fudge and candy as gifts, and we're able to sample anything we liked. We only wish we visited earlier in our visit. The owner had great advise on where to visit and the best spots to eat on the island. Definitely a great stop during your visit to Pine Island/ Matlacha

You just need to stop here when you're in Matlacha. The owners are wonderful, the fudge is wonderful, but the turtles are better than that. We were walking around, shopping, and stopped in for a little treat. With all the samples they were giving us of the fudge, we really didn't NEED to buy a treat, but we NEEDED to have more for later. When I got back to the hotel room and tasted that turtle though.... it became clear that we would be going back to get more - and I would not be sharing. The perfect amount of salty and sweet. Perfect.

My brother and I stopped by to check CW out. The owner was extremely friendly and very knowledgable of the local businesses. His advice was spot on. Oh yea, and the fudge was amazing! Got some for the ride home and almost turned around and got some more. Definitely stop by if in the area. You won't be disappointed.

What a great place the owners are so nice. There is so much to choose from I love this place. Go check them out you won't be disappointed. The shop is clean and they also sell many different items. I love the t-shirts with the chocolate quotes. Go see Carlos and William.

By far this is the best fudge I have ever had, so many flavors to choose from and samples are available. This is exactly what Matlacha needed, the store is decorated beautiful and there is so many choices. Looking for a unique gift this is the place to go, there is also a large selection of art, crafts and they even carry cards so make this your one stop shop for that special someone everyone needs a little chocolate....William the owner is amazing and always goes out of his way to help the community of Matlacha. CW Fudge Factory also makes beautiful platters for your special occasions, I had one made and it was the talk of the party we attended.You will be so happy you stopped in.

Went in over the Memorial Day weekend, was greeted the moment we walked in the door, and that level of service continued til we walked out the door. Couldn't get enough of the salt water taffy some of the best flavors I have had in a long time, try the cake batter you will not regret it. Of course the fudge was amazing I didn't expect the Red Velvet to taste just like the cake but I was wow by the whole experience. We ended up picking up the Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, Cappuccino, and Red Velvet and I am already wishing I had bought some more. Also if you don't walk out with bags of candy save some room for the square lollipops they taste amazing and look so funky!

Went to the shop with a friend. The staff was so friendly. We were able to sample all the fudge and each flavor was so good that if made it hard to decide. We had the fudge cut into small squares so we could purchase a larger variety of flavors. They arranged a beautiful tray. Can't wait to go back and try some more.

Stopped here after lunch next door and very happy that I did. Unusual flavors and no minimum size order. The fudge was creamy and the flavors distinctive. I bought Creamsicle, Chocolate Raspberry, Cappuccino, and Chewy Praline. So rich we had some left over and it was still as good the next day which is not always the case.
