Great shopping... There are stores for everyone... They have a farmer market on the weekends and carnivals or fairs a couple times a year... There are several good places to eat for people of all ages and some are budget friendly!! I barely have to leave Port Orange these days!!

This is a pretty new shopping center and it has plenty of stores and good resturants. There is a huge movie theater and plenty of free parking. I go there just to enjoy some of the different resturants even if I do not need to shop.

There are several places to shop, eat, get ice cream and take in a movie. The outside shopping mall isn't too far away from New Smyrna Beach and makes for a great evening out after a day at the beach.

We love to shop here. There are so many places to find what you need for yourself or for friends and family. It's a wonderful place to acquire all your Christmas gifts!!

We live a couple miles from the Pavilion so we visit regularly. There a several good restaurants and we enjoy the movie theater. We also shop here from time to time. My wife and daughter go to Ulta regularly and they also like the Marshals. I wish we had a few more stores like a computer or electronics store but overall I like it. Also my wife and I go to the Doctors in the Florida Hospital offices on the second story. Not sure you could spend a WHOLE day here, but several hours if you grab a bite and watch a movie.

There are plenty of different stores to choose from Belk's, Pet Supermarket, Ulta, Sunglass Warehouse, Home Goods, Marshall's, Kirkland's, Party City, and many more. Most of the restaurants are off to the side in one place, close the movie theater. All in all it's a nice center, except the parking lot. It's a little difficult to get around, hence the 4 rating. You really have to pay attention to what you do and the other drivers.

I am so glad we finally have something like the Pavilion in Port Orange. There are a ton of different restaurants that will cater to many different people. The stores are great especially Marshalls and Ulta! The parking lot is a little hard for some people to navigate so take extra care!

I enjoy going to The Pavilion. The stores are beautifully maintained and the restaurants are all good. There is a nice Belk store which has everything a department store needs to have. There is a lovely Kirkland's store, a huge Home Goods/Marshalls store, plus many others. The best restaurant there is Texas Roadhouse! Check it out! The Cold Stone Creamery is yummy, too. The only negative is navigating the parking lots. They are not real user-friendly.

This Is A Wonderful Place To Spend The Day Shopping, Eating, And Also Catch A Movie. We Found Some Great Deals In The STores And Then Had A Great Lunch At Five Guys!

this is a very good shopping place, altho not huge the shops aregood with fine products and unique quality stuff, so much more inviting than the volusia mall which could be anywhere,loved marshall's home and kirkland ther is even a 1/2 mile walking trail

The Pavilion in Port Orange has so much to do! They have a wonderful movie theater, plenty of restaurants which include: Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, & Red Robin! Plenty of nice shops such as Belk, Kirkland's, Home-goods, & Marshall's.
