This park has many options for people with and without kids. There is a nice playground area with an adjacent pavilion with restrooms. The trails are not too long but are peaceful. A dock overlooking part of the creek gives a scenic spot for fishing. There is also a kayak launch by the dock. A bird observation tower can be enjoyed after a trail through some pine trees and can get swampy or flooded depending on the weather.

They not only have a children's playground here but they have a great dog park. Actually two dog parks. One for small dogs and one for larger dogs. Ball fields are also provided. It's just a nice place for everyone.

This park is really split up and a little hard to find, but we enjoyed stopping at 4 of the different parking areas along the road south of Port Orange. The first one on the right had a fishing boardwalk and campsites. The second was mostly fishing. We crossed the road and came back north and stopped at two more. The last one before crossing Rose Bay had the best walk. Maybe a mile one way. Very pretty. Wished we had a kayak or canoe for this visit.
