Love going out with Captain Kelly. Anytime we have visitors by we try to get out with him. He makes the trip very interesting and is an able "seaman" Only problem we once has was when we went to pay, he doesn't accept credit cards. Everyone wasn't aware and had to "borrow " some cash. Would recommend Miss Daisy Boat Tours to anyone, and also a finish dinner at the Gill Dawg Marina is a real treat!

Our group of 19 Red Hat ladies had a fantastic 2 hour boat tour of the Cottee River and the Gulf of Mexico on Miss Daisy Boat Tours. Learning more about our surrounding area we live in was educational and Captain Kelly and his crew mate made it fun. They told stories of homes we passed including entertainment stars who once or still own them dating back to the 1920’s. The trip included close up views of the stilt houses, also known as fishing shacks in the early days, in the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you Miss Daisy crew for a wonderful day on the water.

We booked reservations with a large group of friends and (adult) family, and it just worked out that we had the whole boat to ourselves. Our Captain was fun to be with, and very knowledgeable about the river and the Gulf. We enjoyed seeing the celebrity homes, and were even invited into one of the stilt houses, which is evidently not something that happens very often. All-in-all, we had a very fun time.

Miss Daisy's Captain Kelly, picked us up at Catches Restaurant's dock and we had a great boat trip up the Cottee River and then out on the Gulf of Mexico. It was a most enjoyable and extremely interesting two hours spent on the water. Thank You Captain Kelly, for your detailed commentary about the well known people who lived in the beautiful dwellings along the river banks.

We went on a holiday lights trip at night to enjoy all the homes decorated along the Cottee River. Nicely narrated and we felt like we learned a lot. Very enjoyable and festive. My only problem was the walk from the boat back to the parking area was completely dark and not easy to navigate for older folks. The daytime trip, which I've also gone on, didn't have this problem and I would highly recommend that one.

I went on the 1 hour tour of the houses on the Cottee River. I was visiting my cousin for a week and enjoyed going out on the boat. I will be going on the 2 hour tour the next time I visit.

Lovely two hours spent finding out about Port Richey with a trip up the Cottee River, finding out about the later day stars who made their homes in the area. There is a real variety in the types of riverside properties, boats and parks. Our Sunday afternoon cruise then came back down the river and out into the gulf and our Captain brought our attention to some interesting local information. All in all a very relaxing couple of hours which we thoroughly enjoyed.
