I had a group booked on this boat for an Event in May. Every time we called to confirm reservations they had no idea who we were and charged my group all different prices other than the group rate agreed upon. Due to the cluster, they tried to restore our faith offering our group another experience this month. We were booked for another excursion in July to find out the Coast Guard has docked the boat all this month and all of August. No phone call to alert us that our group has been cancelled again. I had to find out by visiting the Port of Palm Beach website. This is the most unorganized unprofessional company I've EVER encountered.

Let me first start by saying this, I booked with them because I have a friend who is a dealer on the ship. I figured if he could work there it can't be bad and hey, I love boats and casinos. My husband and I were coming from out of state to celebrate his birthday. About a week before we were to go on our dinner cruise that I booked well in advance and prepaid for, he gets a phone call stating that they have to cancel our reservation because they are over booked. I call back to discuss this as we are out of state and when you make a reservation almost 2 months in advance, you might have known then you were overbooked. So after I sat on hold for nearly 47 minutes before I got someone to actually answer the phone, the woman on the other end, stated that the boat had to be taken out of commission for mechanical reasons. I understand when that happens, but would like my money refunded. She was trying to be helpful, but then it was the song and dance, we can't find your reservation number and so on and so on. I provided her my number and she could not assist me at all with my refund. No manager on duty, we will have to call you back tomorrow. Ok, fine. The next afternoon, I get a call back stating that they will refund my money, but again, they cannot find my reservation, so again I give them my number and oh yeah we found it...I ask for a refund of my money- mind you its only $50. Well its been nearly 3 weeks since I spoke with them and will be calling again today since my card and my account have NOT been refunded. Talk about terrible service!!!! I will never ever recommend these people again, and I might even ask my friend how he stands working for them....People, please do not waste your money or time with people that just don't care about you!!!!

Let me start off by saying.. No entertainment at all, No PPV events or Music bands Just gambling. No duty free items for sale while at sea. The staff tried charging me for drinks while at a Blackjack table. Also, I was told by the (babysitter) that I could not have more drinks while gambling, i guess they don't want you drinking and winning at the same time. The dealers didn't know what they were doing. The food was OK at best. They need to add a few things to make it better, entertainment would be a great place to start. I wish it was more like the Palm Beach Princess. That was a great ship.

Arrived today with my wife, son and daughter in-law. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Boarded as schedule and walked around till the our early seating at buffet. The food was very good. Considering the price ($10.00) you can't beat it. Once the casino opened, my wife and daughter in-law headed for the slots and my son and I to the craps table. Lets just say we spend the entire day drinking (complimentary) and playing craps. I was even the shooter as they said last call and last shooter. Lets just say we left, went out to dinner, paid cash for everything and still went home several hundred $ richer. Can't wait to go again. Pay no attention to Harry133 unless your old and don't want to have fun any more.

Upon checking in I was told the old "Black Diamond" had been completely revamped. All Chrome & Glitter. I never saw so much Aluminum Paint! The out-door dining on Deck 3 was now enclosed into a loud bar with uncomfortable seating.. The dining room was now on Deck 1 along with the Crap Tables. I must say the Buffet was very good and all the help was very friendly but that could not make up for the out dated Slots. A lot of the machines were broken. Heard a lot of comments similar to mine. I wish them luck but they need to revamp again. Sorry Crew you were the BEST!

This is a fairly new adventure cruise out of the Port of Palm Beach. Two 5-hour gambling cruises per day (11:am-4:pm and 5:pm-10:pm) with pretty good buffet available and very reasonable pricing. Basic cost is $10 for the cruise and $10 for the optional buffet - excellent value. The day we went (a group of 9) there was an computer glitch with the slot machines which meant they were out of commission, but the gaming tables (blackjack, poker, craps, etc.) were all active. The management was very proactive and gave everyone who was waiting for something to happen in the slots area a voucher for a free cruise valid until July 1st this year.I hope that this incident doesn't work against them in the long run as they are trying very hard to make this a viable and enjoyable venture for all. Good Luck To Them!
