calypso bay water park

Place made for kids! , the waterpark attractions are good, clean and kids will enjoy it a lot. The small children section is the one suggested. The place has a relatively big parking area, food around is not the healthiest but serves the purpose....

Visited this water park today with my 2 toddler Grand babies. It's a small fun water park. There are 2 water slides a lazy River and wading pools as well as a larger size swimming pool. There is a concession stand no outdoor food or drink is allowed. Entrance fee is under 10.00 . kids had a great time and didn't want to leave. Only down fall is there is not a lot of shaded area. Will be coming again soon.

We got there right when the park opened and the kids enjoyed the water slides and the lazy river. Then, around 10:30 the camps started showing up and took over the park. Overall the park was nice and clean. We would of spent more time but it got way to crowded and also we got a nasty storm come through so we left by 11:45. Not a good water park for kids over the age of 12 - they will get bored quickly.

This water park is decent fun for small kids, 12 and under. For two adults and two kids it was $40 entry fee. I suppose that is fair considering Rapids water park is $40 per person, that's a joke. For a city run park its decent in terms of cleanliness. It was actually a little cleaner than I thought it would be, except for the bathrooms, those were kind of gross. I would not imagine going in there without flip flops. I would definitely invest in a locker. It was worth the one trip for us passing through on our way to the keys, but I don't need to go back for more. Even if I lived in this area it would not be a place to frequent often, maybe two to three times a summer would suffice.

I went to calypso bay during spring break. And the kid's had a blast! the lazy river was nice, calm and cool but excellent. The slides were super duper FAST! and the life guards were nice too. everyone should go there it's fun for all ages!

This is a great local water park to spend the day with the kids swimming, frolicking on the lazy river, sliding on the water slides and picnicking. Admission to the park is only $10.30. The kids enjoyed their time spent on this park. If you make it to Lion Country Safari, stop by at Calypso Bay to cool off before heading home,

My daughter went for a field trip so we wanted to go the week after. The water slides are great, the lazy river is fun and the play area is great! Also the pool there is amazing! My daughter wanted to go on the diving board and you had to take as swim test. I would recommend it to anybody with children! Tons of family fun!!

There are lots of different activities for the kids in the water like slides & showers. My grandson had a great time here with lots of other kids to play with. I was not too happy about the colored bands they put on your wrist. I felt that was demeaning as I am not a child who has to be looked after.
