We usually take our kids to the Monkey Joe's in Pembroke Pines, FL, but decided to try this location. We went on a Sunday afternoon, around 4PM.We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and the cleanliness of the bounce houses, when compared to the Pembroke Pines location. There was plenty of space to walk, clean bounce houses, a separate area for the young kids, and a small game arcade. The restrooms were clean as well. There was a girl who was monitoring all the bounce houses and separating the older children who were playing in the youngster section. The only problem I could say was that we ordered pizza, and they said it will take 10 minutes. It took them more than an hour to deliver the pizza. Will I visit this location again? Definitely.

We were invited for a birthday party. There are many bounce houses for the kids to enjoy and run around. It is organized and the staff have a timer where they move the parties between three rooms. The first room has really big bounce houses, one that looks like an obstacle course. The second room also has bounce houses, one has a slide and one that looks like an inflatable rock climb. After the rooms with the bounce houses the party moves into the party room where everyone can cut the cake.

Wednesdays are buy one admission, get the second one free. Fridays have a family deal for pizza, soda and 2kid admissions for under $25. Parents are always free. Others said that it was dirty....I get that. The bounce houses are well maintained as well as the general areas (what more can you ask for in a place where they run around in their socks the whole time)but just don't look too closely. As far as the staff goes, i don'thave any complaints. There were some rowdy kids from time to time and at one time I had to tell one of the "referees" and they came right away. As the place got busier, the helpers were monitoring the bounce houses constantly.... I have a one year old a 5 year old and a 7 year old, and all were entertained for hours and hours at a very reasonable price.

I decided to bring my nephew for a fun day to Monkey Joe’s. Aye! What a headache! The workers did everything but work. The so called “under 3 area” was overpopulated with kids about 8 years old. How can he enjoy himself when they were using his area? The gate checker said they police that area, but not once did someone say anything to the kids or parents. Truth be told, I blame the parents more because the sign in front of the bounce houses in that area says “under 3,” so why would you let your kid play there? Also, Monkey Joe’s offers free Wi-Fi and computers, which is terrible since most adults were not playing attention to their own kids. One lady was engulfed in searching for a new place to live as her 2 kids were running amuck and causing chaos. Her oldest, about 10, almost knocked down my nephew while he was running area the toddler area. All this was seen by the workers, but nothing was said. I’m all for having fun, but safety is my #1 priority. Also, 2 out of 3 rides didn’t work, and the operating system of “bananas” on a Monkey Joe card is way too expensive. $10 got me 10 bananas, but each game and ride takes at least 3. It could cost a small fortunate to enjoy the game room. We didn’t even stay an hour. I’ll stick to other activities for him.

I know that there aren't many safe environments to take your children to play or have a birthday party, but let me just let you know that the party food is awful. The pizza was, well my kid wouldn't eat it and the baked ziti or pan of pasta that was available to the adults, I wouldn't have fed to anyone. Very few attendants on hand to make sure that the rules are being followed. It was dirty. The restrooms were disgusting. I wouldn't have my child's party there.

Very nice place, my son just watched the other kids, he didn't want to go in the bounce houses yet, too scared of the whole thing, but I will be back when he's a little bit older. He's under 2 years old.

I been going to this place with my kids for years, we have always been treated great, the kids really love going there. I have to say, I've done at least 5 birthday parties here and the service it's amazing, the party hosts are great, they constantly make sure you are satisfied. I will definitely keep doing parties there.

wow I was very impressed with this monkey joe's,i attened a march of dimes event here on Friday night and it was great. even thou there was 3 other party's going on the play area didn't seem to crowded all at...the kids had tons of room to play around in. The staff seem great everyone was nice.i was also impressed with how clean the bathrooms where I figured with all the kids they would be destroyed by the end of the night, but just the opposite it seemed like they where always getting cleaned, and they was alwys someone walking around with a broom cleaning upgreat job

typical bounce house place but big, bright and plenty of room. lots of coin operated ride on toys and arcade games, comfortable seating for adults, free wi-fi and flatscreens around the space to watch tv.

Monkey Joe’s is simply a cramped space for kids to run around like baboons and be crazy inside bounce houses. I get it. Parents need somewhere to take the little ones to burn off their energy but this place is just chaotic and the room rental process is impersonal. I attended a party here and I understood that the family paid for an hour and a half to occupy an area for their child’s birthday. The staff made sure that everything was taken care of yes, but in a very hurried matter. 20 minutes after the food was brought out, I was literally in the middle of eating a chicken wing and then they brought in trash bags and said it’s time for cake now. I think I swallowed a bone. My friend’s son barely finished blowing out the candle when a staff member turned on the lights and started handing out slices. When the guy walking around in a big, purple costume as “Joe” came in the room, he took a few pictures, gave a high five and in 10 minutes was out! If you want to just bring your kids for some quick entertainment it’s okay but I would strongly discourage anyone from coming here for a birthday party. It’s a lazy route to take. Just celebrate in the home or a park, relax with friends & family and do things your way with ease.
