After the hydrafacial I received at "Bliss", it took months for me to walk down the street without people asking me if I had a skin disease that was contagious (I am serious). Now, I can "blend in" but I know I will never look or feel the same. The steroids I had to take because of this disastrous "service", gave me severe acne on my back. I was able to tame the acne but I haven't been able to get rid of the scars. The wax ripped off pieces of my skin which did not happen when I went to Uni K wax... I did not have a good experience in the customer service department either. All in all, my visit was a nightmare.Date of visit should have more options.
