I had such a great time this past Sunday (3/15) visiting this wonderful facility. I learned a great deal about Elephants, Asian Elephants, in particular. I went with my boyfriend, and we did the Extreme Encounter, which may seem a little pricey but it was well worth. I would and will recommend it to everyone. You get to have a very intimate encounter with the Elephant that I have not found anywhere else. Not to mention plenty of opportunities for pictures! The staff/owners of Two Trails Ranch are very welcoming and you can tell they treat these magnificent creatures with the love and care they deserve. Overall a completely wonderful time and I can't wait to return.

I enjoyed this very much. I learned a lot about elephants and seeing the wonderful animals was a great treat. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once.

This is an experience like no other. While many people think of Florida as only a place with high priced theme parks, Two Tails Ranch is something completely different. Looking for something different to do this past weekend. My family and I decided to check out this ranch. While I have always been an avid elephant fan, this was like nothing I had imagined. The entrance fee is only $10. The owner is incredibly knowledgable and kind. I would highly recommended doing everything that is offered (a photo, a ride and feeding the elephant). While most excited for the ride, I was actually surprised with how much I enjoyed the photo opportunity. This was $25 that is well worth it.What made this experience very impactful was the fact that within the next 5-6 years elephants will be going extinct. This is a wonderful sanctuary for the elephants. It is obvious that the owner is very passionate about elephant safety and she wants everyone to leave feeling their questions have been answered. This was roughly a 2 hour ride. But well worth the drive. I don't believe that there are many places like this in the country.

We took our daughter, who loves elephants, to the ranch for her 18th birthday. (we traveled from Tessessee) We opted for the extreme tour which is a little pricey but EVERYTHING we wanted. She bathed one of the elephants, rode one, fed one, and took home the painting she watched an elephant paint as well as unlimited photo opportunities. Patricia and her family was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Note: This is the ONLY place in the country that you can have this type of hands on experience.

We took are grandsons for an adventure last weekend and thought it would be an awesome experience. Not quite, if you want to know every single thing you would or wouldn't want to know about raising an elephant, this is for you. If you want to stroll around and check out some elephants maybe not. We left with our grandchildren wanting way more than that.

This was not what we expected. We take our little ones for an adventure. We got a 35 minute lecture. Hand feeding 1 broken carrot. Pictures $25 per person with your own camera (we did not do this). We came for an adventure! This was not fun for us or our little boys! Paid 60 dollars and were miserable. Left before "tour" was over.

Patricia Z. has by far had the most amazing life, and now shares her love of elephants with anyone that comes to visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives a great show to all others. My wife and I were taken back by her down to earth style, and plan on returning again.

My family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 6) took a tour of Two Tails Ranch this afternoon... what a great way to spend the day! After a few days at the various theme parks this was such a treat! Shortly before our tour time, the gates opened and we drove into the facility. After paying our fees ect we quickly used an onsite portal potty (don't worry, it was clean!) and started our tour.First we got a ton of very interesting info about elephants in general... I did not realize that their was such a HUGE difference between the Asian and African elephants, and how threatened they are to becoming extinct. At any time we were able to ask questions, and their was always an answer :)The lady who runs this ranch does so with only the help of her son and daughter in law. She truly has a genuine love for her animals and that clearly comes across during your visit. My daughter (age 5) has such a love for elephants, and this was a dream come true for her. She was able to hop on top as the elephant was sitting, and we were able to snap a few pics!! Absolutely amazing!!I highly recommend visiting this facility... you will not be disappointed!!PS- I would recommend wearing close toe shoes... I wore flip flops and did have a few run ins with pesky ants ;) lol

A great experience honestly for people o fall ages. The place is located on 75 acres in rural Levy County Florida, about two hours from Orlando to the Northwest. You ll meet a family that has for multiple generation cared for elephants and currently have about 6 on premise along with a few other animals. The show and discussion definitely taught me a few things I didn't know about this species and knowing how few are left made me want to find out more and what I could do to help.No food available but a small gift shop is on premise. Wear sneakers as its all walking and on grass and trails.

We were able to feed and interact with multiple elephants, up close and personal! I highly recommend this encounter, one that you might not see again in your lifetime! Literally, I cried tears of joy at being able to experience such a magnificent animal up close! Thank you, Two Tails Ranch!

Who knew that near Archer FL one can get up close and personal with elephants? This is a truly interesting place, and worth a visit. Call first to arrange details.

This was a dream experience for an elephant fan. Patricia and her volunteers are so knowledgeable and friendly. The elephants were gorgeous and friendly coming close & showing their personalities. Photo opportunity & feeding was such a unique experience. Where else can you purchase a painting by an elephant? I highly recommend Two Tails Ranch and would love to return!
