Last night I was looking for a fun indoor hangout and happily landed at Jimmy B's. I'm sometimes hesitant to hang out at bars on my own, but Jimmy B's staff and entertainment made my night. I played free Megatouch and chatted with Simon, the bartender for hours. Simon is the best bartender I've met on my vacation so far - he was funny and accommodating - making sure my glass was never empty. I'll definitely be returning to Jimmy B's.

I spent New Years down on St Pete Beach to relax. On Friday night I wanted to get and and have some fun so my hotel suggested Jimmy B's. A tiki bar with a twist. I walked up expecting a small crowd and one guy playing Jimmy Buffet. What I got was great service from the friendly staff and a lively rock band. The band drew a big and energetic crowd and the staff kept the drinks coming. I'll be back for more. The bar is right on the beach and open. The band there plays regularly and really does a great show. (Apparently the play the bar the first Friday every month!). See you soon Jimmy B's

This is a very busy place, if you want to dance and get a little crazy this is the spot! They have music pretty much all the time...drink prices are a little on the high side.

When I get off work at #FreeBeachRide, it's a great place to unwind and relax after a full day in traffic. Great menu and amenities, yet it's the quality of staff that brings me back. Bartenders like Chad Love, Kevin, Sara, Mark and food servers on their shifts. That's why I will celebrate my 64th Birthday Dec 18 at the back bar from 5-8pm. Drop by and say hello and experience a Sunset shot & the great atmosphere for yourself.

i loved the griswolds and heated pool. the food was also great. we watched the sunset and had a sunset shot

We went to the motel, BeachComber and stayed for 2 nights. It is a reasonably priced 2 floor motel. Great for party goers and people who are looking to get to the beach quickly. We were 50 feet from the beach so that was perfect. One thing I did not like is that they had no happy hour specials. Our waiter told us that we had to buy one and it took a week or so. Why would a place not have a happy hour? That made no sense. We did like the place and would go back, but we visited other bars next to our motel as well and spent monies at those places.....that we would have spent at Jimmy B's....Great bar though, but they did lose some of our drink purchases. The sunsets are fantastic so I would recommend this place for sure. Just give us a happy a hour and get rid of the small glasses.... We had the chicken flatbread pizza two days in a row as that was very good. Kevin as our bartender 1 night and he was social, fast, and fun.

Jimmy Bs is an awesome place to enjoy a sunset, have a few drinks, & has the best bands lined up anywhere on the coast of Pinellas County, hands down!! The bartenders and wait staff are top notch, both personable and professional. There's a reason why they've been chosen Florida's Best Beach Bar for 3 yrs. It's wonderfully laid out and the people who work there are the best!

We rated this a 2 star for food- but would give 10 stars for the bar! Awesome band, fun crowd, dancing everywhere, great cocktails fast!!! Gorgeous outdoor bar with amazing blooming gardenias everywhere. Really well kept up! Security did great job managing potential issues... Just loved this bar!

Check this place out! Located at the Beachcomber Resort on St. Petersburg Beach! What I loved about this place is you can sit outside on cushioned lounge patio furniture (so comfortable like you are inside your living room) & listen to a local band! So relaxing! Great location!!!

Jimmy Bs and the Beachcomber is a fantastic place to visit and spend time. It is laid back and relaxed with all the fun you need. Marty is a server at Jimmy Bs and took care of us 9 girls the whole weekend! Give Marty a shoutout when you are there! Enjoy a wetspot and have a blast!

The food is excellent and has good entertaining! Try the "golden" margaritas. Thee best! and their cheese burgers are delicious!!

One of my favorite places to hang out. The lounge chairs are comfortable and make for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The live music was amazing! Had the fish sandwich and the filet was cooked to perfection. I am planning another trip back in July and will be stopping in.

I recently visited Jimmy B's with 3 of my dearest friends, and had the most wonderful experience. Marty and Mark who work there were truly the nicest people! Marty went out of his way for many and was always helping others cleaning up tables and making sure everyone was waited on. Marty and Mark are real people and were never fake! Jimmy B's is very lucky to have such wonderful people working for them. I hope they are appreciated just as much as my friends and I appreciated them. Thanks for the amazing experience!

A nice relaxing bar with a nice atmosphere and a good menu. Drinks are a little pricey compared to other places along the beach

The drinks were generous and the band, Partners in Crime, were amazing. This is a VERY fun place, right on the beach, and they always have live music. I'll be back!!
