We really could not fault our visit to the brewery whilst visiting Middlebury. The staff were very helpful with giving you information of the beers on offer, inclusive of the Pilot Brew which at the time was Mosaic. The visitor centre/bar was also a surprise, great atmosphere and excellent décor which made this a great day out. Would definitely recommend a visit here, especially if you are into your IPA's. Just a shame you can't buy Otter Creek beer in the UK!

A friend and I have just been going to this place recently and I tell ya we just LOVE this place.Amazing food, REALLY friendly workers and GREAT beer.The place is a bit small, but quaint. Worth checking out!!

Good local brew house near Middlebury. We had a taster flight and some pretzel bites - we really enjoyed all the beers and the tasting notes provided are really helpful. Staff were warm and welcoming, only downside is that it's outside of the town centre so someone had to drive!

My wife and I stopped in to Otter Creek Brewing in November of 2013. This place 'Rocks'! Great food, great beverages, and great service! If you are a 'Lover of Libations' you must stop here for at least an hour or two. Yummy!!!

We stopped in to try all the beer and had a few items to eat as well. The local panini and the pulled pork sandwich were great. Cheddar soup was a bit watery and lacked in taste. Our favorite out of all of the beer selections was the pumpkin ale!

This is a great place to visit since it is right on the route of 5 other breweries / wineries to try. Price was $7 I think to sample but you got to choose from a bunch of different beers from Wolavers, The Shed, Otter Creek so that added some variety.

We stopped at Otter Creek over the weekend during a trip to Vermont. We immediately ordered two beer flights and some smoked buffalo wings. The beer was really good and the wings were fantastic (if you like smoked buffalo wings). Staff were friendly and professional. It is not your typical tasting room, and this is not necessarily a bad thing. They have good food - we eventually ordered a dozen wings, the cheese plate, and a couple of other dishes (there were 6 of us), and everything was tasty and nicely presented. Worth a visit.

Otter Creek actually bottles three brands – Otter Creek, Shed and Wolaver’s organic beer. I love the way this place is designed – you can watch the whole bottling process while you sit at the bar a sip a beer. Lots of locals come here for lunch – they have good sandwiches. Otter Creek is now owned by Long Trail. A new hard cider brewery is opening nearby!

While we wish we were able to fill all types of growlers, we are mandated by Vermont state law and the Department of Liquor Control from doing so. In order to meet state sanitation guidelines, we're required to only fill our own, cleaned and sanitized growlers. Otter Creek branded growlers brought in by our customers are exchanged for pre-sanitized growlers prior to filling in order to best comply with DLC regulations. While we can’t comment on the policies of other breweries, full compliance with state guidelines is very important to us. We have had their beer before so we decided to visit the brewery. The atmosphere was bright and cheery. The beer was very good and reasonably priced. We also ordered their beer pretzels which were served warm and fresh with mustard. My husband also ordered their chili which was served with toasted sourdough bread and was perfect in taste and temperature.Service was attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this brew pub.

I've worked in Middlebury for 20 years and I had no idea that the brewery was ever open for more than tours. Went with a friend after work and it was so good! We had buffalo chicken nachos and beer. I'm not even a beer drinker, but the copper was really good. Staff was really friendly.Really looking forward to my next visit :)

I highly suggest the 6 beer sampler and the meat platter. Also, the coffee porter goes fantastic with the maple nuts on the sample food tray!! And the Wolavers wildflower wheat is pretty much the most delicious thing ever!!

Whilst out touring covered bridges I happened upon this little treasure in the Champlain Valley. OK, I mapped out all the good beer spots for a family vacation, this was worth the extra drive. It's probably 10 minutes north of Middleburry. The atmosphere is relaxing. You can order food and beer by the glass. The brewery is behind a wall of windows. When we got there is was bottling day, whicj is interesting to see. We ordered there pumpkin and octoberfest, both very good. Caution, the loose gravel entryway is a bit tough to navigate an umbrella stroller
