Worth the work to get to the top. Not a 'walk in the park' but very do-able for semi-fit hiker. Took about 45 mins for the fit young kids in our group. About 70 mins for the rest of us. The hike back down took about 60 mins.

The northern side is harder to hike than the southern approach. A loop from starting on the south and finishing on the north might be best. The north up and back is a bit tiring.

People dive near here from ridiculous heights - the very brave only, of course! Locals are used to it, I guess - but I didn't try it. It was great to WATCH, however!

One of the most beautiful lakes in the Northeast Kingdom. The brave will swim the waters that run between these two mountains...the smart will take pictures! :)

The hike to the top is fun & doable by anyone in reasonably good shape. The view of Lake Willoughby from the top is spectacular.

We have hiked up to Mt. Pisgah mant times over the years. Made it to the top only twice so far. Great view of Lake Willowby. It's a nice hike and you don't have to get to the top to enjoy some nice views. From the top it's spectacular.

I took the South Trailhead north all the way through to the North Trailhead - approx 3 hrs. with only short stops. The summit is a small bald surrounded by trees with almost no views. The views from the North Trail are better. Even though I have hiked for many years all over the world, the drops off of the "Outlooks" made me sit while enjoying the scenary. But the views!!!!!

A relatively quick hike (though with some steep sections) with multiple overlooks of Lake Willoughby. A great place to watch the ospreys soar.
