The Pearl Valley Cheese Company began in 1928 and is a treasure! Visitors can watch cheese being made, purchase an amazing variety of cheeses, meats, crackers, snacks, etc! I would not pass up the opportunity to visit the shop EVER!!!!! The staff is helpful, friendly. The shop immaculate. A MUST VISIT again and again and again!!!!!

My father took me to Pearl Valley Cheese when I was just a little girl and watched them make cheese in a big copper kettle. Today the kettle sits outside holding beautiful flowers and cheese is made in huge vats. Pearl Valley Cheese has been in business since 1928 and is three miles north of Fresno and five miles south of Baltic. They also make other cheeses and will let you sample. So stop by and get a taste treat.
