sky zone indoor trampoline park

Last Sunday we had a wonderful time at the Sky Zone! Looking at the kids' faces you could easily tell they are and were indeed happy. For many parents it was their first time there and they noticed immediately safety rules on trampolines, for example. Over all they liked jumping place and safety and not crowded place was their most topic - they just couldn't get over it because they compared it to some other places. Party room went well and I couldn't have it done without Zion & Hope. They did an excellent job and I just hope they get well paid :-) because they were tremendous help to me. :-) Thanks to them everything went smooth, I could spent some quality time talking to other moms and take pictures of our daughter while opening presents. I believe I even got bonus from them because one of them put everything on list for me so now we don't have any confusion on who to thank and for what gift. This wasn't our first time being at the Sky Zone. We learned about Sky Zone from attending someone's party, then we came over couple times in summer and so last Sunday. I am sure these girls will get together again sometime this summer and will jump again at this fantastic place. Also, this coming Saturday my daughter is invited to Sky Zone as our invitation opened someone else's eyes. Thank you very much for everything and see you soon.Gabi

We recently had our twins 9th birthday party there this past Saturday... Everything was smooth, and they took care of everything. Our hosts for the party room were especially accommodating and awesome! Would choose this place again!

I went to sky zone with a waiver missing only my mother's initials. The paper was signed and everything but this was put together. They would not allow me to call my mother and have her speak or use my preexisting account which had expired only a month ago. I am 17 years old and am not allowed to fend for myself at a trampoline park when I am able to go next door and ride 60mph go carts without problem. I don't have a problem with them having rules, I do however think there could have been a solution they did not come up with. my 6 friends and I who have been loyal to this business will almost certainly never be back.

We had family in town and the kids were bored and wanted to go do something. Next-door to this place is a go kart track. But it was closed so we decided to try this place.The staff was friendly and the place is clean and safe. They each got a pair of orange socks. They ran around between the different trampolines. But after about 30 minutes, they were ready to go.I would highly recommend it for kids. But I would also be prepared they will probably want to go quickly. Start with an hour or less package.

We celebrated my daughters 10th birthday there recently and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire process was. At check in the staff were so excited for her and really made her feel special on her big day. Check in went very smoothly and quickly. Needless to say all the kids had an absolute BLAST the entire time! The staff in the party room were so kind to the kids and did such an awesome job interacting with all of them. Best of all I didn't have to do a thing but sit back and enjoy the day with my daughter and her friends. It is a CLEAN,safe and fun place for kids of all ages!

This was our first visit and did a party of 10. The kids at such a great time and the parents wish they was jumping with them, lol. Although a little pricey it was worth the smiles on my grandkids and their friends face. As for the party room and the help it was just great. The help there was the best I have ever had through out the whole thing. They were all friendly, easy to talk to, just helpful in anyway they could. I will be bringing the grandkids back.

We visited Sky Zone for the first time over the Xmas break in late December. Although the place was PACKED, the staff did a good job organizing and timing the visits. I liked that so it wasn't that everyone jumped at once, it was more organized. We did see one kid puke in a trash can right by the main stairs to the tramp area and my only caution about the place was that although the staff did clean it and mark off the area, I was surprised at how long it took. No one seemed to move quickly to get it cleaned up. During this flu season I would have thought they would have had a solid plan in action, and based on what I saw, they did not. I also was surprised that although they cleaned it up, no disinfectant was sprayed on the trashcan nor floor. I told my kids to walk WAY AROUND that area. Other than that unpleasant scene- the kids had a BLAST! the staff had a great spirit in the main arena organizing dodgeball games etc. It was a really good operation.

We visited family in the area and wanted to take the kids outside and burn some energy and oh! boy sure they did in this place ;)We bought 1 hr for the kids 6,5,2 and was more than enough. Although they wanted to keep jumping as soon as got in the car, they were gone!!Staff very attentive, nice clean place, good organization

Celebrated my 5 and 7 year olds birthday at Skyzone! We had a blast! Adults and children thoroughly enjoyed jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pit. The staff was awesome and super attentive to our needs!

We recently had my son's 11th Birthday Party at Skyzone. All ten boys had a great time especially plaYing dodgeball. After theyou jumped for an hour the fun continued to the party room where they got drinks, pizza, and cake!! The hosts do all the serving of the food and drinks, so parents can sit back, relax, and enjoy the party. Our host was amazing. She interacted so well with the kids and made the party memorable. I would definitely recommend having your next birthday at Skyzone.

Last Wednesday, December 10th, myself and a friend brought an underprivileged child from our school into SkyZone. We wanted to take him somewhere to get away for a few hours, relax, have fun and burn some energy— and of course, that’s exactly what he did. But beyond his experience, your staff went above and beyond to ask how we were doing. Not one person passed us and didn’t say hello, how are you, are you having fun. Not one person passed us and didn’t engage with him in such a polite and positive manner which is EXACTLY WHAT HE NEEDS TO SEE MORE OF. I was SO happy, that I cannot even express, that so many people were engaging with him in a good light. You never know someones situation, when they need that dose of smiles, jumping or even just plain, old school, nice manners.

My son celebrated his 8th birthday with kids from his class. The kids had a great time! Facility was clean and the hostesses were very sweet. The party was well organized. I would recommend Skyzone to others!

My 12-year-old daughters had a blast at a well-run facility. The check-in process was flawless. They are super organized. The kids wore themselves out by jumping for an hour. Next, the party planner Mallory was enthusiastic and got our girls to dance.

Thank you Event Team!!!We had a wonderful time! The check in was coordinated for the most part. However, we had some guests arrive a little late and they had to wait in line because there was only one person checking all the parties in but three people working a shorter line of walk-ins. The guests were satisfied with the amount of jump time. Once we got into the party room everything flowed perfect. I could just enjoy my son and his party without having to worry about all the details. The party team was AMAZING! They passed out the pizzas, put out our balloons, cut the cake and served it, and even wrote down a list of presents for us so we could send our thank you letters easily. The party was a little expensive but we are more than SATISFIED!!!

I was visiting my grandchildren in Columbus Ohio last week, and because of the weather decided we should find a activity indoors. I did a search and found sky zone. I found the website online and it was recommended we book online, so we did. It was easy and because we did not have a printer we took a photo of the confirmation page which they accepted. The process once we arrived was easy and sky socks are included with your online purchase.The kids had a blast and so did the adults. There are a few options from playing dodge ball on the trampoline to doing front flips into the pit filled with foam squares. We was there an hour which was plenty of time to tire the kids out. The people were accommodating and pleasant. They also do birthdays parties which are reasonable and have a cafe for munchies. All in all the kids and I were very happy with our experience.
