Clean, well staffed. Very organized. Kids are rotated ever 1/2 hour and staff are friendly and helpful.

We recently attended toddler time and while my daughter enjoyed it there were some reasons that will keep us from returning. (Mostly concerning foam pit)1.) Tiny bits of foam and/or dust in the foam pit caused many kids including my own to sneeze repeatedly and emerge with itchy red eyes.2.) That same foam left hundreds of tiny fuzz bits on my daughters outfit. It didn't come out in the wash, with a lint brush, or with packing tape. Needless to say, the outfit is ruined. I question the facilities ability to maintain a clean environment in that foam pit. This and the above reasons will send our business to other locations for entertainment.

This was our second trip here. My sons birthday last year and this year. Both my boys love this place. They bounced for over 4 hours. Adults can bounce right along with the kids. If you don't feel line bouncing, take a book or iPad and relax while the kids have fun.

I've come here a couple times with adult friends. It's a surprisingly good workout! If you go at a busy time, you have to keep an eye out for the little kids jumping everywhere. Definitely recommend if you have Kids or want to relive your youth!

This place is amazing. The music keeps everyone motivated to exercise and workout. Kids love it, adults love it- it really is friendly for all ages!! Bright and cheery colors, and the staff are amazing. They're obviously engaged in their jobs and easy-going. Very friendly staff! I've been here for dodgeball tournaments and SkyFit classes. Every single experience I've had at Sky Zone has been great. There's no line to wait in to fill out a waiver, because they have a line of computers against the wall and they can be filled out electronically.I constantly recommend Sky Zone to friends, family, and co-workers. It's such a fun, different experience from the usual (going to the movies, shopping, etc). It's a great way to work out and have fun at the same time. Who knew that was possible??Also, the social media for Sky Zone Westlake rocks my socks off. The Facebook page is constantly updated with pop quiz questions and occasional prize giveaways, and the pictures/videos posted were obviously created by someone who loves their job and is very talented. It's so easy to tell if the employees are happy at a company- and Sky Zone's online presence affirms that its employees are dedicated to the customer's experience.Keep it up, SZ. You rock.

Took a bunch of kids here. They loved it. There are courts set up just for dodge ball, for jumping into a foam pit, and a larger court for jumping all around and off the walls. There are a lot of workers walking around monitoring.

This was a novelty for the kids, being so new, but there is a lot of competition out there for activities who would all like the dollars being spent for kids' birthday parties. This place was loud and beyond crowded. A lot of money was spent to bounce. The staff were unbelievably uninterested in making this a great experience. After waiting in line to approach the counter, the girls at the counter would make you get in ANOTHER line - a longer line at that - or leave the counter and put the same information that they could take into a computer - only to have them go over the same information. Of the dozen or so workers encountered between the counter, the jumping area and the party hosts only ONE had any idea how to treat a customer and give them a reason to want to return - he was assisting with the pizza and cake and had wonderful people skills and patience for dealing with a group of 10 year-old girls who were invited to the party package offered. Line up here and wait. Go over there instead and wait. Go jump now. Stop jumping now. Eat now. Pay now. Leave now. Parking was bad. The noise level was understandably bad. It was very crowded and very expensive. I truly think the bad could have been offset by motivated employees who wanted the experience to be a good one for their customers.

We came here for a few hours to celebrate my daughters birthday (we didn't have a party there) on Saturday January 11th. All three of my kids 8,9, & 11 had a great time. We where a little leary about not being able to jump with the kids because of what they said on thier website about splitting people up by size. What this equated to was each person has their "own" trampoline and you can bounce beside each other. If I where to come again I would go around 12 noon to 1:00. There seemed to be the least amount of people jumping. There we several parties going on and they all must have had to eat at 12, because the trampoline's cleared out at the 12 start time. Prior to that they where pretty crowded. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because of the cost, it was $14 an hour per person.
