I have always loved FLW's work. He is brilliant. And living an hour and a half from the Price Tower I have always been in love with it. I finally was able to take the tour and it is simply stunning. Once you find out the history about the building and the design behind it, you will be forever in awe of this tower. To finally realize the nature in/modern out aspect and to fully realize all the details that went into this building is a very humbling experience. This is a must stop if you can!

The building is a fantastic "miniature" of Frank Lloyd Wrights only designed skyscraper. Built at about one third it's intended size it is still fantastic. The angles and thought process of how the structure is even engineered is marvelous. Don't miss this stop if you have any interest in architecture at all. The revolving art displays are a nice addition.

Drove for about and hour outside of Tulsa to see Frank Lloyd Wright's only skyscraper. Odd little building in the middle of nowhere that has the tiniest little luxury apartments in the world I believe. Its truly a step back in time. I completely enjoyed every second touring the building.

See this place! If you like Frank Lloyd Wright you will appreciate it! If you like triangles you will be amazed at what they can do for design!

This was a very interesting tour! Our guide was very informative. It takes about 2 hours and they only take a small group of about 12 at a time. While you are there, be sure to visit the Copper Bar for food and/or drinks!

This is Frank Lloyd Wright's Skyscraper on the Prairie. You can enjoy a simple lunch at the top of the building in the Copper Grill and then take the guided tour and learn various interesting facts about the building, how it was built and maintained and about the rather inflexible views of Frank Lloyd Wright about how the building was to be built and furnished. I found it interesting because of the Frank Lloyd Wright connection, but the building itself is very cramped inside with a very ostentatious exterior ..... all in accordance with Frank's wishes. I would not make this a "destination", but if you are in the area, it is worth a look.

This is a very interesting old building. They have made great use of the whole building. There's a restaurant and bar on an upper level. Nice displays downstairs and the building is very well maintained. A good example of a Frank Lloyd Wright building.

This building is Frank Lloyd Wright's only recognized skyscraper. The art center isn't large but quite interesting. There are many nice exhibits on display quite often. It is within walking distance of Bartlesville Community Center, which is recognized as one of the finest performing arts halls in the country. The modern architectural design was the vision of William Wesley Peters, apprentice and protege of Frank Lloyd Wright. Try to visit during OK Mozart Festival which is held in June every year and stay at the hotel. Be sure to ride the elevator up to the Copper Bar and catch a breath-taking sunset over the Oklahoma Prairie.

It's not a huge museum, but the Arts Center always hosts interesting exhibits -- well worth a visit.

This place is really cool. The story is even better. Go if you are in the area. This is an amazing use of copper. We have explored several Frank LLoyd Wright buildings- he is a true master.

Went to Price Tower after an event at the Bartlesville Community Center. Wright's only skyscraper built with the furniture built and installed at the time of construction. Iconic building worth the visit for anyone interested in architecture. An elevator ride to the Copper Bar for a drink provides a great view.

We always stay at the Inn and we just love to walk through the art gallery and we recommend taking the tour also!

Loved the building and the decor. Gallery is airy and laid out artfully. Great gift shop with lots of Frank Lloyd Wright books and designed items including clothing, home decor, and gift items.

Frank Lloyd Wright skyscraper on the prairie--such a weird, wonderful experience. There is a sense of melancholy about the place: it feels lonely up in the rooms with the wind whistling through the copper louvres outside. I wish I could have seen the building when it was fully in use by the community, with offices and apartments full of people. Price's penthouse office is an amazing space, absolutely gorgeous but tiny. The secretary's desk outside is so compact it could be on a submarine. How did this building function? Wright's genius and the impracticality of his genius, are on full display. Light fixtures, stair rails, those copper louvres take your breath away they are so beautifully designed. An essential stop for anyone interested in Wright's architecture; worth the drive from anywhere in northeastern Oklahoma.

If you are into Frank Lloyd Wright or architecture this is a “must see” attraction. This was his only skyscraper and it was built more on FLW’s idea of what a skyscraper should be rather than what Mr. Price wanted. The art galleries on the first floor are large and spacious, these were shops originally. When I went they were very cold. The guided tour of the tower takes you up tiny elevators and you get to see small but efficient apartments and office areas. The Price HQ at the top is interesting to see. The film was of pretty poor quality, that was the only disappointment of the visit (the film was fine, the copy was poor and jumpy).Children would be bored, and if you are not into architecture you will find it just another old building. No photography inside the building, but you can take lots of pictures outside. The building is just a simple square in plan, but in the hands of Frank Lloyd Wright, he created a complex façade that is different on all sides and changes constantly as the sun moves across the sky, so there are lots of photo opportunities. The building really isn’t handicapped friendly, mostly because of Wright’s style of design. Free parking on street or in lot behind the building. Highly recommended for architecture buffs. $12 for the tower tour which lasts a little over an hour. Plan on an extra 30 minutes to tour the art center and walk around the outside of the building.
