cherokee queen riverboat ride

We spent $65.00 per person for a cold hamburger and a hotdog. No side dishes. You had to pay extra for drinks and chips!!!! They failed to mention that bringing a lawn chair would be helpful. (I expected more seating) The bathrooms were inadequate. The firework display was wonderful, but the wait after the show to get back to our car took forever. They neglected to let us know that we would not get on the boat at Grove we almost did not make it because of the drive to Disney. We cannot recommend the Cherokee Queen, but the 4th of July fireworks display at the Grand Lake of the Cherokees is worth the trip, just don't take the boat.

Enjoyed the boat road and fireworks. Bathrooms needed attention (none of the toilets would flush) but they managed to fix some of them mid-ride. We had an enjoyable evening and I would've rated higher stars if it weren't for the bathrooms. Staff was very friendly. One tip would be to bring your own lawnchair with you of you're sitting outside. There are wooden tables and benches, but having your own chair would make for a more comfortable experience.

Disappointing!!!! We came over last year for the fireworks cruise!! We got barbeque brisket buffet and iced tea and cake. This year we got a hamburger and a hot dog tossed at us!!! No condiments no chips no drinks no nothing!!! 65.00 a ticket for a rodeo hotdog and a school cafeteria hamburger!! Don't think so!!!!!

Wow, great value! Loved this attraction. Got to see the lake from an old riverboat in comfort and style. You have to be on a boat to appreciate Grand Lake and I am sure glad we found this excursion. Highly recommend.
