For $2 a tasting or $10 for all 5, you can sample their brandy infused wines...very unique. A tasting is two swallows. It's a great little place like mosy vineyards in the area. Right next to a covered bridge too. Great Sunday afternoon spot in the country.

Oregon is known for its covered bridges -- I used to organize a biking event with the same name that toured through a half dozen of them. I have seen the signs for Harris Bridge, but never took the time to search for it. When a friend invited me to hear a concert at the vineyard, I agreed. Although the location is a bit obscure, it is part of the charm. The owners, Nathan and Amanda are delightful people and they've built a masterpiece. I heard a little of the history of how the vineyard was started, perhaps they'll have that story on the website someday. They serve delicious dessert wines from their own grapes plus other varietals from other vineyards. I hope soon they'll have their own!
