Booked this on GolfNow not really knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. A nicely laid-out, fair course winding through a neighbourhood in Henderson, NV. Very good value for the money. GPS on carts is a nice touch too. Would gladly play here again.

This is a pretty course in a mature area of Henderson. Well maintained. Constantly groomed. But plays long from the white tees. Tough, tough greens. Not a lot of margin for error, with narrow fairways, lots of critters in the rough, and very expensive homes just a mild hook or a slice away. Very hot during summer days & can be surprisingly cold in winter.

I think Legacy is a very nice course, but I will probably not play there again. The course is a wonderful course for someone who has a good drive (in excess of 215 yards). For an "accuracy" player (that's me), there are some holes where the length and the carries are simply beyond my capability. From the white tees, the course is 6,211 yards with a 123 slope and a 68.8 rating against a par of 72. Many of the par 4 holes are at or near 400 yards. The staff is most accommodating, the course in pretty good shape, and based on the group I played with some of the nicest people I have played with in a while. However, it's nice to come back the hotel a little less beat up than I felt after playing this course. This course is an OB Sports managed course. If you are member you will save some money on your greens fees.

This is one of your best bets for a good time! The food is great and the bartender is superb! The course is a test of your golfing abilities, but you will not be disappointed.

A very beautiful course not too far off the strip. The cost for golf and cart is very reasonable. Depending on the time of day it can be even cheaper. The course is very well maintained. There are some challenging greens. The clubhouse is very nice with good food items.

We landed in Vegas but our golf clubs didn't! The Pro Shop supplied us with everything...Taylormade Rentals, Adidas Spikes, 2 sleeves of NIKE balls for $68. Why would you bring golf equipment to Vegas at that price!Track was in great shape. Very fair with some challenging greens. We also enjoyed the clubhouse...$5 for a burger & beer is tough to beat.

First off..a noon tee time on a Thursday.. we teed off and 12:10 and were done 5:50..5 hours 40 minutes with no ranger in sight. We dropped our clubs and no one was there to get our clubs..finally someone drove up. We watched them drop the head covers off someones club covers off their clubs and then dropped my wife's hat which we found later on the starter post.Check in was ok and then we waited for our time to start scheduled at noon but got off 10 min late. The course is in pretty good shape but there were some bare spots on some greens. Lucky we had a discounted greens fee full fare goes for around $100 and for that price you should not have to see a 5 hour round. There are plenty of courses in Vegas so I doubt we will paly here again

We like Arthur Hills designed courses, and have quite a few in the Tampa, fl area., which is why we played here. We thought we were playing the Canyon, and Lakes courses but got bumped to the Sunrise 9 instead of the canyon. Not too happy about it but GolfNow has no exclusive rights with the course play. The sunrise 9 is ok but kind of plain jane for Hills design team. The guy in the pro shop said the greens were rolling 11, sorry dude not to many member courses ever roll that fast. so the putting green may have been 9-9.5 the sunrise greens were more like 8.5. the Lakes course was an awesome layout, with more normal Arthur Hills features. those greens were more like 10.5. All in all we would like to come back and play the canyon 9 on another trip, and hopefully wont get stuck on the sunrise course again. The round took 5 hours to play and all the ranger dude did was make excuses for why it takes that long, rather than do their job.

I had bad timing and caught this course on a very windy day. As such, I should have played the white tees, but I didn't. This is a strong, Arthur Hills layout, with a few loooong holes and lots of contour in the fairways and greens. The course is just out of over seeding and is very green from stem to stern. The only possible deterrent is that there are homes surrounding the course. While these homes are pretty far from the hitting areas, you might choose another course if you are very wild or prefer a course away from civilization. I loved The Legacy Golf Club and will definitely play there, again.

The course was in impeccable shape. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They really make this place stand out. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place. It's one of my favorite courses to play in Las Vegas.

The only dig is that there is usually slow play and the rangers don't push groups along. Other than that, its a great golf experience. Good greens.

I was not really impressed with the Legacy golf course. Part of it may have been they were preparing for re-seeding, but it was average challenge. I probably won't recommend this course, but if invited by someone I would probably play it - not a great course, but an adequate course.

For a public course this place is fantastic. Well maintained, professional and very efficient, Legacy is a great play and worth the rise off the Strip and out to Henderson.

I played this course in Early August on my trip to Las Vegas. I was solo, so I was teamed with 3 other golfers that were friends. The course is tricky at some spots, and playing with locals helped a bit. I wasn't hitting the ball that good, so I go myself into trouble a couple of times. The beverage cart girl came around 3 or more times, and that was very good because the temperature was around 105-110.The reason I say so/so shape is because some of the greens were burnt out, and some of the fairways were in rough shape. Although this was probably my favorite course, just because the pace of play was pretty good. A lot of the other courses over sell the tee times, so you are waiting to hit every shot.I would play it again, but I would wait till next year to see of the shape of the course improves.

A friend was in town and wanted to play golf so I booked a time here. The golf course failed to report that they had sanded the greens very recently. I feel this should have been disclosed. What's the point in golfing when you can not enjoy half of the round, the putting? We quit half way through. When I brought it up to the staff in the clubhouse I got a very half hearted, "Sorry, have a nice day"
