The machines were okay but when you went into the casino you could really smell the smoke. I had to limit my time there as it really affected me. They need to filter that better.

They had some fun slot machines, and the bartenders made perfect drinks, but the casino is a bit dated and very dark in areas. The floor is choppy and hard to get around. There was always a lot of kids in the bathrooms, which I find annoying, but again, I don't think casinos are a place for children in the first place. The high limit area was small but really nice and everyone who works there is so friendly and nice.

I like all the waterfalls because the sound is soothing. Makes it feel a little less closed in than most casinos in Reno. Rooms are clean and nice views of downtown city lights.

the Tuscany tower has some beautiful rooms. the whole place is done in creative ways. it is pretty and different. we like the Atlantis for events too!

Found the casino to be smoky, slots to be tight and ceilings in a lot of places felt low. Not as attractive or pretty as expected. Don't feel a need to go back.

The staff at the players club were very informative and friendly yet I guess he was a senior so he was a little slower than normal but still informative and friendly.It was a great variety of slots to play and no long lines for any games that you wanted to play. They gave a little money took a little money gave a little money took a lot of money but it was still fun. It's always fun when you get a little even if you don't win lots at least if you getting a little back to play with it makes the day more interesting

Just to be clear I am rating the casion not the hotel. I walked down here from CIrcus Circus to get some exercise and decided to play the slots and have a drink. I flagged over a server and asked for a drink and she glared at me and said you have to have money in the machine!! I showed her that i did have money in the machine and she rolled her eyes and walked away. she did bring me a drink and tehn she stood there with her hand on her hiip impatiently waiting for a tip. I got my purse and was getting into it to get her a tip and she rudley said just forget it. well needless to say I drank my drink and cashed out and left. I would have stayed and played longer but not with an attitude like that. I walked over to the Peppermill and had much better service and i ended up playing their instead. will never step foot into the Atlantis casion again.

Wife hit a good size jackpot. Of course its all returned but it was fun. We love the rooms here.Staff is friendly. Can't say enough good things about The Manhattan Deli restaurant. Food was tasty and very New York.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spend a little time in the casino and the resturants. The place is well lite and clean however the hallways to the rooms smelled smokey. As we don't smoke it is a a turn off to have to smell it on the way to the room I fully support the right for people to smoke if they choose but I don't want to smell it by my room or the kids area. We will stay elsewhere next visit

The Atlantis has a slew of really good restaurants, ranging from its coffee shop to the buffet to the Manhatten Deli to the seafood and sushi restaurants in the sky bridge.We don't gamble so I can't say anything about the so-called "loose slots" - as if any game where you lose 94% of the time you play could be considered "loose."Like all Nevada casinos, plan on breathing and smelling lots of second-hand cigarette smoke as you try to find your restaurant in a maze designed to keep you in the vicinity of what's euphemistically known as "gaming" (read that as "losing").I'd have to say the restaurants are worth it, though.

Had a great atmosphere, happy staff and people. I greatly enjoyed my stay. It was a cute little city.

Dealers were friendly but all too stingy with aces and faces. Good conversation, lousy cards. Too smoky for an extended stay so cut losses and came back later for more punishment. They must have felt sorry for me and found the aces that had been missing.

I love staying here! I enjoy their clean, upgraded rooms at great prices! Its a casino/hotel, restaurants, arcade, and indoor pool. Good place to stay if you have children.

don't do it don't book atlantis casino thru priceline bid on 4 stare hotel and got may be 2 stars if that small room heater did not work when fixed a blow hot all night even after turing off and I got chared 2 times what I bid .
