This is our second visit, and my whole family enjoyed it as much as the first time (which was 2 years ago). It's really fun feeding the ostriches and emus, and the feed is only $1 (after admission). We ended up getting 5 bowls of feed. A nice little stop.

On our way into Solvang we stopped at the ostrich farm. This isn't a big attraction, but well worth the stop. You can buy food in a bowl screwed on to a metal dustpan. Yes - Dustpan!Go thru the little building and it opens up to a valley with ostriches roaming around. They come right up to your fence and holding on with BOTH hands they peck it right up. It's loads of fun, Hillarious.Great picture op and a chance to see babies as well as emus.Small gift shop at the entrance and you can buy real raw ostrich eggs to cook - if that's your thing.

This is a fun stop on the way to Solvang. My kids (11 y/o) thought it was great! $4 admission for adults, $1 under 12, $1/bowl of food. You have to get a bowl of food! It's super easy to feed them, and fun.

It is just a quick stop on your way to Solvang, but what a lot of fun! Young and Old enjoy watching these unique and amazing creatures. When they look at you it is like they are looking into your soul. They also had full grown and baby emus. So fun to feed them and just listening to the pure unadulterated laughter will make your day and fill you with joy!

Where else can you go to feed ostriches? It was just a fun and different little experience and we got some good pictures.

this is an Interesting stop with a nice little gift shop. It is not very big, but if you like to see lots of Ostrich's - then this may be a place to put on your list.

My wife and I loved Ostrich Land. $8 for the two of us to get in and you get to see Ostriches and Emus up close. So cool to see them up close right in your face. You really get to experience the pure beauty of these great birds. Many of them were running in the distance and we got to see their pure speed and grace. Kids were having a blast running around. Such a great learning experience for them. Loved this place.

We saw the ostriches in the farm while we are driving on Highway 246, so we decided to stop to check out. the farm charge for $4 per person and $1 per feeding bowl, the Ostriches and EMUs are very funny, and feeding them would be once in a lifetime experience, my girlfriend just can not stop laughing and keep shooting videos of these funny animals, actually so did I. hhaa

It was fun for us an the kits. With two stuffed animals we dropped $60.00 in about 40 minutes. Its a great one time thing.

You have never done anything like this before! A small detour but not to be missed fun of feeding ostriches and emus. Great for kids.

Stopped in here on a whim. It is not the sort of cheesy tourist trap attraction that usually attracts me. But these big birds were hysterically funny. Could not stop laughing!

We've always wanted to stop here and take the kids so we finally did it this time and was worth the 15 minutes! There is a fee to go in and a fee to feed them but was well worth doing once. The kids were a little freaked out by the ostriches because they can be a little aggressive but the emu's were nice. They also have a nice little gift shop and a penny maker which my kids love.

The experience here is beyond description. My husband and I spent over an hour here, laughing our heads off. It was so funny to see these ostriches eating out of our dustpans. I don't even know how much we spent on feed, which is very reasonably priced, I think they know when they have some suckers like us come along. We just couldn't stop...I am sure we paid their rent for the day. We had so much fun, and were amazed that a family with a small boy came in after us, spent 5 minutes and left. I guess it is what you make of it...make a short stop here...you won't be disappointed.

Past Ostrichland while driving to Solvang and decided to turn around and take a look. We ended up feeding the ostrich and emu and having a blast. Kind of cheesy but it's cheap and fun. Not too time consuming and great for a break from driving! Kids would have a good time for sure!

This was a fun little stop for us. My 3 year old had a lot of fun feeding the ostrich. However, you have to be careful. The Ostrich will peck and they want to grab the food from your hands. They really are wild birds. The location itself is nice and the land is expansive. They have a fun truck for photo ops as well.
