My son invested his own money to buy a season pass to Wild Water. He joins his friends on a regular basis to hang out on summer days. It's a fun and safe place to let kids entertain themselves.

Spent a full day at the Wild Water Adventure Park with several other adults and kids. We all had a great time, and went home exhausted. We rented one of the available cabana's, which came with 2 tubes, 4 lounge chairs, a picnic table, and nice soft sand under your feet. I highly recommend the cabana, as it gives you a large space of your own to meet, eat, and relax during the day, and at only $70 bucks it was worth it. The lines were fairly short for a Sunday, and we never had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes for any ride. Great fun for "all ages", even us 50+ year olds! We brought our own drinks (non-alcoholic only) and food, and purchased some alcohol there.

I was worried about this place with some of the reviews but it really was not bad in our experience. Parking is $3 so not as bad as some water parks. Entrance fee was a bit pricey considering how many rides they have to offer. The ticket prices go by height, under 48" is $21 and over 48" is $29. So me and 3 kids cost $112! Good part was there was hardly anyone there and there were virtually no lines. The kids loved the wave pool the most. My 8 yr old who was 47" didn't have much to chose from at all. They had 2 toddler areas which was like a baby area and then everything else was for 48" and over. Luckily, they aren't very strict there and she was able to do 3 or 4 rides that were for 48" and over and she had a blast! The water was nice, bathrooms were nice and clean, not a huge menu as far as food goes so we didn't buy anything. You are allowed to bring coolers with your own food and drinks and had I known that, I would have done that. Just no glass and no alcohol, they will check. There are tons of cabanas to chose from but when we went, there were plenty of free lounge chairs and we set up right at the wave pool. All in all we had a fabulous time and would definitely go back again if we are in the area!

You know, when I bring my family here, we all agree that everyone's gonna behave. If someone gets out of hand, they ruin it for the rest of us and we don't go back for a while. With this rule in place, my kids act great.I just wish other parents would try to find a way to control their kids. I wish the park would do a better job of enforcing their rules.Oh well.

Although the water park is super fun and a great way to cool off..... This is the second time my family went to the water park and woke up the next morning sick. The first time my little sister, her sister in-law and the both of there kids woke up with bumps all around there mouths and eyes..YES then my family and my mother in- laws family we went this last Thursday... woke up with there eyes swollen shut covered in green slimy stuff....and infected... We loved the park and would go back, but something has to be done about this to make sure this does not happen again!!

We purchased our Monday through Thursday season passes again this year (we don't like to go on the weekends because the crowding factor goes way up). Our last trip was for the fireworks show on July 3. This year, they moved the show around to the front of the park over the little lake, I'm assuming because of the problem with setting things on fire for the past few years. There was no band this year, which was unfortunate. The fireworks show had a myriad of new fireworks that we had never seen before and that was very fun. Getting out to the car was much easier from this location and the reflection from the lake was nice. The park itself is always very crowded and murky-watered on these blowout days, which is why our family (aside from one of our teenagers, who enjoys the weekends as well, go figure :) ) only purchases the weekday pass. My parents went with us, and only went on one ride where a raft was required because it was very difficult for my father, who has had stroke, to carry the raft up the hill, and the staff not only does not provide assistance, but yelled at them for letting the raft touch the ground. Pretty bad, Wild Water. It is a nice place to take a family with kids of different ages, as long as you're prepared to keep an eye on your little ones. This review will only let me choose one: family with teens or family with young children for the type of visit, but it was actually both.

This my first season pass and to me it is will worth it. I've been there 4 times in a week and I truely believe it had pay for itself. For the seasonal pass holder, it includes almost everything beside rental tubes and lockers and of course, food. They have an area that is exclusively for us season pass holder which include benches, shades, bbq grill, umbrellas, and free parking. We've saved a lot by bringing our own food and bbq at the park. I would recommend getting their seasonal pass. It will pay off when you there a lot.

I stop buying season passes because is just too crowded most of the time. I could not enjoy the waves or any of the rides. During the summer standing for too long on the sun for few seconds ride...no way.

We purchase season passes annually so we can visit without breaking the bank. This season some of the rules were changed. Many of the pools/activities that were previously accessible to shorter children after taking a swim test were not available. This was very disappointing to our 5 year old granddaughter since she could swim but was not tall enough which included the wave pool which she had used for the prior two years. I don't think this will be a problem next year and understand insurance has probably forced the change.Lines are long unless you get to the park early. Our parking is free with the passes.

Poor line control. Very long lines. Rides not that great. Island in Clovis is much better. The place looked really nice, but its just not that fun. We left 3 hours before closing.

Wild Water is located in Clovis which is about a 15 minute drive from Fresno. My review is based on a party of four...adult only...no children. We actually had a good time at the park. At the gate you pay a car parking fee...no more then $5.00 but you do have the option of "premium front-row parking" for an extra fee...don't bother...the walk isn't that far especially if you arrive before 11:00. Ticket purchasing at the gate is quick and easy and we found a discount coupon on their homepage. We also rented a cabana for $45.00 (right next to the wave pool) and a locker for $8.00. We brought our own food and enjoyed having the shade to enjoy our lunch. The cabana also came with wait staff which we didn't use. The cabana price range is $20 (2 person/lawn chair style with sun shade) to the premium platform over-looking the wave pool area which ranges in price depending on the day of the week. Cabana rentals can be purchased ahead of time online but beware they do take down the possibility of online rental the day of but if you're lucky you can still find some available for purchase in the park. The water park has a lake which you actually walk past on your way into the main area...nice and relaxing. There is more then enough places to find shade if you choose not to rent a cabana. They also have some grills available for you to use...it is first come but they encourage people to let others use them as well. The park over-all was good...clean and family oriented. They have a cute toddler splash pool located next to the wave-pool and then another huge play structure not too far away that has more possibilities for the little ones. They have mat slides...2 or 3 and there was never a line for a mat. They also have a nice selection of tube slides some in the dark and some open air. They have two "extreme rides" that didn't disappoint...a body slide that shoots you into a big bowl where you spin around and eventually drop through and a rollercoaster style where you drop over the side, fly up the other side and repeat and repeat until you come to a stop...FUN!!! While I did love the day I did notice one or two loose boards on some of the wooden step structures as well as some paint work that needed to be done. I still give them four stars because as far as the Central Valley goes this park is a great one! As a another side note...you can also purchase tubes...$8-10 depending on single, double or triple rider. The rides will have tubes available but if you don't want to wait in line then this is also an option. Also...they need to put in a lazy river!

a nice cool down from the valley heat. this water park offers more shade for your relaxation and dinning than the other water park across town due to this one being in business much longer. it offers fishing ponds. not sure about fishing license requirement since i've never fished there. i've heard there has been fish caught there but never seen any or have any idea how big. adult rides offer different levels of thrills. you can relax in the "blue Wave" (beach like wading area with wave machine) or scream in "black hole" (drop slide thru black tube). great water play area for kids as well as a couple kids slides. a good number of large covered bench areas for large groups. reservations may be required. beach volleyball courts, arcade, snack bars (a little pricey if you plan on buying all your meals there), locker rentals, and tube rentals. if you bring a cooler chest be warned No Alcohol is allowed inside and they will check your cooler.

This is the number one water park in the Fresno/Clovis area. Why? You have it all here. A great wave pool, lots of slides and tube rides, food and refreshments (alcohol as well), you can bring your own food, lots of seating, cabanas for rent and lots and lots of shade. There is rarely a problem and if there is, there is plenty of security to take care of it. There is ample parking and a drop off area as well. It's not cheap but not super-expensive either. If you want to save some $$$, buy season passes and take your own food and drinks. Our family and friends have been going here for over twenty years and we still love it. You will too!

No lazy river and not that many small children slides. There was hardly any chairs. I would try the Island Waterpark next time.
