mignon chocolate

Not sure why I haven't shared a review for Mignon because I have been coming for several years. It is such a great hidden little secret in Glendale and I am not sure why there aren't lines out the doors. They may not appeal to some of the younger, hipper set because some of the packaging is a little dated looking and some of the "gifty" items just do not look like something a younger person would give to someone. However, there chocolate is simply great! And the price for the quality makes it 6 stars if that were possible. It is all made locally and several times a week! The staff is always super friendly and they remember their customers. I also find them to be very generous and offer samples of full truffles or have them on the counter for people to try. They also make several beautiful truffles. In fact I would say their chocolate is some of the most beautiful I have seen.I take these chocolates with me to family and friends when I travel in the US and internationally! They make great gifts and also great gifts for yourself!!I hope to convince them to create some updated packaging for the gift boxes that might be more fun/appealing/attractive. Currently they are too old-world looking.
