Nice course...green fees $100.00+ Not that nice. It is designed by Fredy Couple so they feel they can get that kind on monies. Go to the other course down the road green fees are more reasonable

Recently bought by some real estate speculators, who are intent on closing one course to build luxury homes, Ridgemark has seen better days.It is evident that the new owners are neglecting maintenance to drive down the number of golfers to justify closing a course - their methods are blatantly apparent. This country club has great potential, but the current owners have another agenda.Go to nearby San Juan Oaks if you want a well maintained course, clean facilities and excellent food.Ridgemark is stuck in the 1950's.

I have lunch here regularly. This is better than most of the golf courses I have eaten at. The salad bar has a good selection and the vegetables are always fresh (it helps that local farms provide the produce). The variety is good and the service has always been great.

Not one but two maintained golf courses! Tennis Club, Restaurant, and Bar Area. One can rent out one of the local rooms for meetings, or have a major event there such as a shower or a wedding. Staff is friendly and supportive in the planning of the event. Also present are a few rooms and cottages to rent for overnight stays.

Ridgemark has a history of being San Benito County's first and foremost golf resort. It is situated on a hill with great views of the hills and has lovely, sprawling greens. Its facilities are a bit out dated and probably need a freshen-up. The restaurant serves up OK fare and the setting demands better. Once a premium spot for weddings and special events, it is now a little too ho-hum for many.

Not the most beautiful. Not the most challenging. Not the best course you'll ever play if you play a lot of courses but for the price its a good value.

While I will say that if you eat in the bar and order a bacon, cheddar, burger you will get a very good burger! The restaurant is dated and sad with a musty, vaguely mildew smell. The last night we went with friends, they were having an event and didn't tell us when we made reservations. We HATED the fact that our wine was served in plastic cups and the noise was deafening. Their buffets are not bad but the place needs renovation in order to get anymore money out of me.

We loved the food. Decided to dine very near by and we were happy we did. Will certainly be back again when it's my husbands turn to cook.

This Country Club has seen better days. The buildings are circa 1950's and show it. Food & bar service is not bad, but the facilities are in need of a major renovation. San Juan Oaks at the other end of town is a #1 class joint!

I was just here playing golf with my father in law brother in law and nephew. We range in age 29 to 88. We had an awesome time, we had most if the day no pressure to go faster or was slowed up. The course is in the best shape and the green fees were fair. The personnel are polite and the value is here. If you want to play in the area it's worth the drive and in some ways better then San Juan Oaks. Hit 'em straight.

I met friends at the bar, it was relaxed and friendly.

One of the favorite activities with our group from acitive adult community Summerset is an overnighter to the Ridgemark Golf Course in Hollister. We play the two different courses on successive days. Both course are in great condition and very challenging. The management of the resort makes us feel at home when we have our group dinner. Jack Menges
