the cask wine & cheese bar

Wife and I split the pastrami sandwich which came with fries and also ordered the brie with crostinis. The brie did not have much flavor and the crostinis were so stale we could not eat them We told the manager this and he said they forgot to cover the bread up. Well why in the heck would you serve them to your customers ?? The pastrami sandwich was ok but nothing to rave about and the fries were like you would get at a fast food joint.

I dined at Cask on a Sunday night after a long flight across the Pacific. I was in search for two things: a glass of zinfandel and some simple and tasty food. Cask delivered on both.The menu at Cask is simple and comprises of cheeses, charcuterie, flat breads and burgers. A good mix of simple easy to eat food. The wine list is extensive without being so long that you spend all night reading. The list included wines from all over the world (although only one from Australia!).Would I go back to Cask Wine and Cheese bar? Absolutely.
