I was really impressed by the wonderful and collection of aviation history. Planes, photographs, maps, personal collections, and all sorts of aviation material. We had a wonderful docent, Charles, who was patient and very knowledgeable.An absolute must-see for any aviation fan and anyone else as well!

This is very different from your usual small aviation museum. E.g. A "penguin" (flightless airplane used for training before two seat trainers were common) - and I have never seen anywhere else. Many more "one of a kind" displays. As a pilot and aviation history buff, I thoroughly enjoyed this museum. Definitely seek a guided tour - you will learn a lot. For example, the explanations that came with the reproduction Wright Brother Flyer were very interesting and covered aspects I have not heard before.
