Doctor, I cannot thank you enough for your very kind words. You are right, most folks don't notice the mini mart and gas station (the gas is always $0.03 less than anywhere in Susanville.) The steaks also improve after the new year as the Omaha Choice prices come back to line with our menu prices. Gary
