If it wasn't for all the silly rules like 10$ minimum on a debit card. The impossibility to modify your food this establishment would have gotten 5 stars. The service is marginal and the staff somewhat aloof. Otherwise a great place for drinks bar food and a great outdoor patio to enjoy your cigars.
