This is a beautiful 590 acre park at the northern end of Malibu off the Pacific Coast Highway 4 miles up a side canyon road. Easy parking, restrooms, a Nature Center, and 8 miles of easy rolling intertwined well-marked hiking trails.This park has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from many vantage points. The Meadow has many beautiful wildflowers in the Spring. There is a botanical path highlighting plants and flowers (handout at kiosk) Parking is $4 self pay. Perfect for a picnic with several shaded picnic table areas or take a blanket and pick a spot under a tree. Bring your camera, tennis shoes, sunscreen, water and food. The park is pretty contained by a paths loopig from the parking lot toward the ocean so you can't really get lost.
