Easy to find, about 10 minutes off I-5 in Centralia/Chehalis. Dick's makes an assortment of brews...our favorite is the IPA...but there are plenty of options for every palate! You could also stop for lunch at their sausage and deli!

Specialized hours - open at 3pm on Fridays/Saturdays. Get it in and taste a pint at the Brewery. There are lots of options and it is a very cool setting to be around all the equipment in the warehouse. A great way to end a week and wind down with friends.Wish there were food options available on site. Options for purchase were many. They also have an outdoor area that is great when the sun is shining. DO IT.

You need to make a stop at Dicks Brewing in Centralia. They open up the brewery on Friday and Saturday starting at around 3:00 PM and offer up pints of many of their beers, you can also buy growlers and six packs! They also do some amazing smoked meats, they have some there and at their restaurant, NW Sausage and Deli, not too far from the brewery. The brewery has ample seating for and heaters for when its cooler out. Make sure you go by, it's worth the visit!

Husbands 50th birthday and we were shopping for a mini keg. Had lunch and their sample beer selection. Fun way to try many brews. Food was good too.

I first visited as a result of a drawing for a tour that was sponsored by the United Way of Lewis County. This is a true home town brewery that lacks the frills, the pomp and circumstance of many of its fellow competitors whom seem to think SO much of themselves....The folks at DIcks are working class, friendly and fun. There was a group of about 20 of us from the United Way whom enjoyed the large selections of DIck's beers and the hospitality. We were served food that complimented the drinks and enjoyed a fantastic tour of this home town establishment.Take the time to visit.... you'll be glad you did !
