We helped build this playground on September 11, 2002. By "we," I mean the community of Port Angeles. It was a big, three-day community event, the culmination of a year of community planning. The result is a really great community play area, usually stocked with families enjoying the swings and slides. The skateboard park and youth soccer fields are also on the park campus, so there is a lot of room to stretch the legs, enjoy the mountain views and appreciate the scene.

Great area to take children to play at. The tire swing and swings are pretty nice and the slides/tunnels are fun for the child as well! Lots of variety for children. The music bell area, one of the bells is broke and may need to be fixed. More interactive features with children such as a water area with water toys, or more music bells would be nice.

I think this place have castle is nice for child baby to play "castle fun time" in there. I think this place is not like Old Country Castle which very grim and cold. Here it is color. Here, the baby child make play with joyful noise. I think is good for them, maybe pretend a knight. Maybe make a sword for fighting with small mammal. You know? Ah, yes. Maybe is good for the parent... Maybe parent go and read book. Maybe pay this taxes. Perhaps to writing letter with smarty phone and send it, using this electronical mails.

My children love to visit the dream park because of the cool wood castle structure and there are two sets of swings - one with a handy cap large swing. My only complaint of the park is that in the summer the city camps over run the area and my kids get frustrated because it is so packed and they aren't as well supervised as we would like. There is a nice field to bring a ball to play and the skate park is there to roller skate or skateboard.
