We found this on a website of special places to visit while in South Carolina. If you have any kind of faith you should check out this spot. It was donated and is actually deeded to God Almighty. It is very peaceful and serene. They natural springs run from four sets of spigots and wasn't isn't caught in a container feeds into a nearby creek. Make sure to bring a jug or two with you. The water that runs from the springs is believed to have healing properties. It is delicious! You will meet locals and travelers alike while here and most that we talked to had a story to tell about how they know about the springs or what the springs do for them. This is a truly unique experience.

I don't know about the healing properties, but the water tastes great! If you are in the area, bring a jug.

It's a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. A great spot to stop and stretch your legs, and the water is actually very tasty!

Healing water all around! This little place has an interesting history. Native American legend says that these waters can heal the ill and afflicted. Don'y know about that, but I do know the water tastes pure and good. Easy to find from route 3 right outside of town, Plenty of parking and picnic table available if you want ti enjoy the water with lunch. I filled several jugs on my stop and might return in the future! There is also a nice Mennonite owned grocery right down the street. This locale is part of the South Carolina Heritage Corridor.

This is an interesting place with a bit of history. Apparently Native Americans brought wounded British soldier here to heal. There is a large parking lot and there were several people filling up gallon jugs while I was there. The water tasted great, was nice and cold but I'm not sure if it healed any of my ailments. The "springs" are metal pipes that come from the ground and have been plumbed to help speed up the filling of water jugs. They are right next to a small stream, but I would say this place gets point for providing free spring water fill up rather than extreme natural beauty.

it's a little stream where you can bring containers to fill and soak your toes in the water. but not an attraction. I've read about the healing powers, but as the story went, the soldiers were there for many days. so i'm not sure if it does heal. it's not a place i'd make a special trip to go.

The water from these artesian wells are said to have healing powers. Many days you will see people there filling gallon jugs and hauling them back home with them.
